  • Two Issues with The Purchase

    Two issues came up with this purchase and product. One, when talking to the sales associate, I showed him the four things that I absolutely needed in my new laptop, one of them was Intel chip (I have had problems with non-Intel chips in the last two laptops I purchased at Best Buy, plus I am a shareholder of Intel). He said the one he sold me had all the things on my list. True, except the Intel chip. I trusted him so much because he seemed to know his stuff and seemed to be on top of things. But when I got home I realized from the computer that it did not have Intel chip in it. Issue Number Two was the technical problems I have had with the laptop since the purchase in March 2020. And the Total Tech Support personnel was sparse and generally unavailable throughout the day with long waits after I signed up for that TTS service of yearly subscription at the time of purchase.
