This is a nice gaming notebook with a durable slim cover and the specs that allow for Oculus 2 use as a minimum system requirements. The touch screen makes those days when a mouse-pad use with arthritis is unbearable, an excellent alternative. It also allows for use of a HP stylus pen for artistic rendering. A bit over priced because of the AMD build but a nice "enviable" addition to my gadget collection.

The absolute best bang-for-the-buck laptop in HP's lineup, this thing absolutely cruises.

There are lots to like about the new Envy x360 2-in-1 with 4000 series AMD CPU. However, like some other reviewers, the laptop has issue coming out of sleep. I have updated to latest BIOS version, but still won't wake up time-to-time. When that happens, I have to hard power cycle by holding the power button down. Also, my laptop has crashed several times and I had to rebuild. I think I have narrowed the issue to one of the devices (ELAN FingerPrint Scanner). This issue has been reported to Microsoft. I thought about returning the laptop, but it's hard to beat this laptop features at the price point. Hopefully eventual crash reports to Microsoft will fix the awake-from-sleep issue. This is not so. In AMD Ryzen 5 model, it is SATA drive in M.2 form factor that fits in an NVMe slot. Not a big deal for me as I bought the laptop planning to upgrade the storage to 1TB NVMe drive. I discovered the SATA drive during the upgrade. This is false advertisement, as there is massive difference in performance between SATA and NVMe drives. -Screws to access the laptop for upgrade are hidden under rubber strips. -Of course, awake-from-sleep issue. I can only recommend this laptop to someone that knows how to recover from a crash.

I hadn't bought a new computer for quite a few years so not a lot to compare it with. It was easy to set up. This computer is fast and thin, but a little heavier than I expected. I love the backlit keysboard, the touch-screen and using in tablet mode. The photos I downloaded from my digital camera look beautiful. Very pleased so far.

This touch/pen enabled laptop operates as a laptop and a tablet. Performance is good with Ryzen graphics built-in. It is paired with a decent screen and keyboard. I use a surface pen with mine and it works just fine. So far I am a satisfied customer.

I bought this laptop at regular price and then it went on sale 3 days after I bought it. I went back to the store to get a price match and they did. It is very light and thin, I really like the color and the keyboard lights up, which is great for working in the dark. The touch screen works great. I like having the 10 key it makes it so much easier. The speakers sounds wonderful. and I like having the ability to use it as a tablet. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love this laptop. It is the fastest one I've ever owned. I'm not a computer wizard, so I don't know all the lingo, and I'm sure there are faster laptops out there, but this one exceeded all my needs and expectations. I can run multiple programs at the same time without noticing a decrease in performance. Colors are vivid on the display. I've gotten spoiled to the keyboard lighting up. This is my workhorse.

I have always bought HP computers and have never been disappointed. This computer has a SSD which for me is very important since I travel and my laptop is in and out of a computer bag several times a day. I also need the number key pad which is perfect as well. I have never had a touch screen laptop but I am finding I really like it. Overall great product!

I needed a second lap top that was for Real Estate. The computer talks you through setting up everything. Connected with my printer and scanner with ease. Light weight enough to transport on appointments. Lighted key board. It flips into a tablet for display. I ordered on the 27th and received on the 29th. Quick delivery to my home. As far as value & quality, I have had my first HP for over 5 years and still running like a charm.

I am 72 years old. I have had computers for about 28 years, This computer does more than I will ever figure out. This sucker is amazing, I do not like Windows 10. I could use Window 98 and Window 7 no problems, This dude even has 3-D photo, I was an engineer and I will never use it. I have had to call the Geek Squad a few times to get me out of trouble. They have been a big help. This is a light weight FAST computer, I will just have to get used to the Operation of the equipment,

Has worked well so far. Much faster and the sound is ten times better. Can actually hear audio without resorting to ear buds. Only problem experienced is when on video conferencing the system starts "buzzing", a notice says "trouble with the microphone". I can not do any thing with the system until it shuts down on its own. Then I can start back up and it will work fine. Has happened twice so far.

Exactly the tool I needed to begin remote teaching! It is fast, and user friendly! Due to the COVID virus, schools were closed. At first we expected to be able to get back into school to work. We were not permitted, so I was left scrambling trying to figure out how to record video lessons w/ a whiteboard (which I didn't have the capability for any of that at home). The computer has taken all of the extensions added to Chrome and allowed me to teach.

It’s a great touch screen laptop. Fast, meets all my needs. I love that I can turn the camera off by a switch if I’d like to. The only aspect that I think could be better is that it sometimes gets a little stuck in tablet mode after going back into laptop position. This can easily be fixed by a click of a button. However, it’d be nice if the laptop consistently sensed the change in position and adjusted accordingly. Overall, great laptop!!

Upgraded from my last laptop and went with Ryzen this time. Sleek design, very portable; it's not heavy at all. The boot speed on on it is very fast. The touch screen is responsive. The back-lit keys are grood for working in darker spaces. Also, did not expect the finger print scanner! It's a nice addition. Basically, this is a great workhorse laptop.

It’s a bit more expensive but it’s a good laptop. It’s fast and is great for projects.

Was on sale at $200 off so I bought it to replace a 10 year old computer and I love it. Very fast, easy to use.
