    I had high hopes for this laptop. Within a week it got the blue screen of death a few times. It abruptly restarted a few times. But the worse was when it over heated so much that it was too hot to touch at the bottom of the laptop. I had to reboot it 2 times before it started to cool down. There are too many issues to list. I feel stuck because I already installed multiple programs on this laptop. It definitely wasn't worth the price.
