    This laptop looks and feels great. But that’s the best features. On several occasions it refused to turn on without the charge cable attached, even with a full charge. The keyboard constantly missed letters as I typed, and it became uncomfortably hot when charging on more than one occasion. I ultimately returned it, but have yet to receive any response from Best Buy after it was delivered 4 days ago.
