I've had this computer for several months now and have been completely happy with it. The Ryzen chip is noticeably faster than a comparable Intel chip - this system boots up and resets faster than any laptop I've owned previously. It's now running Windows 11 without any problems. The Envy series is an obvious step up from the Pavilion series.

Due to my work, I really needed the 10 key pad on the keyboard. Many computers either don't have them or the computer ends up being too heavy due to the extended size. This computer is light weight, comfortable to use, and fast. The picture definition is wonderful and I get great battery life (thought I do not constantly sync to the cloud). I also prefer the black color with white print on the keys - for me they are much easier to read.

Best Buy has included this laptop a couple of times in Student Deals and It is a great computer for anyone going to school or for a basic computer for a new computer user. It has a touchscreen which works very good for a new user and it is very fast to do anything. The laptop also feels very well made and is not a cheap plastic like most companies are using. I would highly recommend this laptop.

I required touch screen computer and at the last minute bought a different computer. It had a larger screen however, it was not touch screen. I returned the PC the next day and purchased the original PC. The sales person good but should have know the computer I returned was not touch screen.

After about an hour and a half of a zoom meeting, the computer starts making a horrendous mechanical growl and shuts off the mic and speaker. I assume it is overheating and this is the fan, but it makes it unusable until you shut it down and it cools down again. I would be hesitant to try again right away also, in case it overheats more quickly. The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke, but it has now happened 3x to myself and my children. In this time of pretty much all virtual meetings and school, that's a big drawback. I should point out that I bought this for the express purpose of digital school and have only had it for 2 months at this point. The other major drawback is if you accidentally (or even intentionally) enter "tablet mode", there is no quick way to switch back to standard desktop windows mode. In other modes of operation, the computer is a good deal, runs smoothly, is normally very quiet, has good audio and video, and plenty of RAM for usual everyday computing. I do like the gimmicky ability to flip it around in multiple configurations. Just those couple sporadic performance issues that have only come up when using Zoom for extended periods.

I love this computer! I've had it for about a month or so, and so far its worked like a charm. It feels super well made, runs great, and has a nice, wide screen. The keys feel high-quality and metallic, not cheap and plastic. Only thing I wished it had was more storage, but that can always be changed easily enough. I don't see myself using the touch pad much, but it seems nice too.

This was by far the best value option. All aluminum, awesome picture quality, smooth lighted keyboard, touchscreen is responsive and it's fast. I spent a great deal of time researching and this thing for the price was an easy choice with no regrets. Best buy associate was telling me why my research was justified because it was just a great 2&1 even if it wouldn't have been on sale.

A perfect laptop for what you may call the "causal" consumer (streaming, surfing the web, emails, bills, etc.). Screen quality is superb, with the 2-in-1 touch screen system being an option that one can sometimes forget even exists. Performance is excellent, processor is quick and doesn't lag behind with only 8GB of memory. Overall, this laptop is both beautiful and powerful.

I really do love this laptop. But sometimes the charger isnt recognized that it has been plugged in. And sometimes it will tell me its in laptop mode when it isnt. It has froze on me once to where i had to restart it. Overall i love it and the hp pen to go along with it works wonders. The memory is great. I have sims 4 (13+gb) with several expansions as well as other apps and games and it hasnt slowed down at all. For me to have spent right under 900.00 for this laptop i shouldnt have the issues that i do. Overall its good.

This product with added 365 Windows will accomplish most every need you might have to perform. Easy to use, lightweight to carry to class for notes. It fills 100% of my needs. I don’t stream movies but would think it will be fine doing that. I am really happy with the quality, price and appearance of this laptop.

I purchased the HP ENVY 360 for school work and general use. It is more than I needed! The AMD RYZEN processor is extremely fast. The touch screen and tablet mode work perfectly. It is thin, fairly lightweight for its screen size, and does everything I need it to, and more. I would recommend this laptop to friends, and I would purchase again.
