    I've opened a case with HP, when the laptop sits idle for a few hours it goes into sleep mode and starts to heat up. It appears when it's in sleep mode the processor is still working but the fan to cool it is not, so that makes me think it's not really a sleep mode. There is definitely an issue with heat as others have mentioned but the biggest problem is not being able to get it to turn back on when it goes into sleep mode. Pressing the power button multiple times doesn't do it, moving it from tablet to laptop mode, unplugging and plugging back in doesn't work either. Eventually it will turn back on after repeated attempts and does cool down. I will update the review if HP is able to fix but unfortunately I'm stuck with this because it's past the 30 day return window. DO NOT BUY UNTIL HP RESOLVES THIS ISSUE
