I was using an old Asus that Best Buy put windows 8 on but it was slow and I thought it was me. Now to me this is a gem, smooth, fast I am a basic PC user but I love it. Wish I could compare it in a tech way I have more to learn but it’s thin, picture is great big screen. Why did I wait so long to purchase it?

This laptop suits my needs. I am using it for some crafting design software. Also will use it for minor business tracking. I like the laptop/tablet feature. This is the first touch screen I have had in a laptop. Flips to lay completely flat to mimic a tablet. I didnt think I would use it in this way but find myself doing it frequently. I am happy with many features that I didnt knwo I would even notice.

E-mail, Excel, and Word are about 99% of what I use a computer for, so I don't need the best of the best computers. I love this computer! Very fast, light weight and perfect for my son to use for school.

You aren’t going to be gaming on this rig but for office type tasks it’s performs as I would expect. Touchpad and screen are fairly responsive and the colors are great. Seems to get a little hot while charging but maybe it was just my power inverter I used. Overall I would recommend for this price point.

So much faster than my old computer...love the backlit keyboard.

I'm the person with 20 tabs open and this laptop can handle that with no problem. I don't like how the webcam quality is the same as my laptop of the same model from 6 years ago. The clarity is not great. Love the adjustable dimming of the back-lit keyboard. Sound is great and loud as well. Having the speaker on top versus the bottom makes all the difference

My wife's old Dell computer was ginving her lots of issues. The camera was always cutting out during Zoom yoga classes and the battery was no longer recognized, even though it was a Dell battery. We shopped around and found this HP unit to be the best for her purposes. Easy set up and connected to our home network without any issues. The Dell had to be manipulated in so many different ways. This unit not only connected to all our home computer but also recognized the different printers we have as well. Setting up the network printers with this was a breeze. I had anticipated wasting an entire weekend moving files over and setting her up to work on this but it basically did it itself. Very portable as well. The ability to change from a laptop to a tablet is an added bonus. The only issue she has, when in tablet mode, the camera is recording upside down. I'm sure I can correct it but at this time it isn't really an issue. Very happy with the purchase. The salesperson at Best Buy was very helpful with this as well. It also helps to know what your looking for in a computer before you go shopping. With the way my wife uses a computer, this one met and exceeded her expectations. I would highly recommend it.

The HP Envy HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State has been one of the best laptops that I have purchased in a long time. First off, using fingerprint for security is awesome. I have children and it prevents them from just getting into my laptop. Very fast from my last one. I would recommend this laptop to everyone depending on your needs.

My (very) old MacBook Pro was on it’s way out, and I was planning on getting another. I decided to look into PCs as well, and ended up getting the Envy. I feel that it’s well worth the price overall. I use it for personal and business, and so far it’s met my every expectation... no complaints!

Pretty good and sleek. Concerns: The fan turns on pretty often "speaker" on top does not work The mic was spotty in beginning Overall, The computer works as it should. The touch feature is cool. The bamboo app associated with the pen I bought made the computer glitch so I had to delete the app and reset.

I love my HP laptop! Very user friendly and fast. The touch screen is awesome
