This is a good mid-range computer. I was specifically looking for one that converts to tablet mode. The keyboard has a nice touch and a separate 10-key. The audio is really great, The only drawback is that the screen color is not as good as a comparable as the Dell I considered. Overall I am still happy with this purchase.

At first I was a bit scared to purchase this laptop. The reviews I read were of horror stories. The laptop would stop working randomly, or start making awful noises. Luckily, there were fewer (although less vague) reviews that had these problems, seemingly because they might have purchased when the laptop first released, where issues would be most common. I also was reassured by a Best Buy advisor that the new HPs were actually the least returned, and according to them most reliable. So, I went ahead. I purchased this for school, music, streaming shows, as well as very light on-the-go gaming. I adore the folding ability, as well as the screen's minimal bezels. The keyboard feels nice, and is quiet. Adjustable backlight too. Also, having a fingerprint sensor and Windows Hello is fantastic. It's rather snappy too for a laptop. Gaming works pretty well, as long as you're not playing anything intensive, obviously. I can get roughly 40-60 FPS in Black Ops 2 Zombies at medium settings 1080p. I must also mention the privacy shudder is cool and useful to have, same with the mic mute. Overall, I can't really find anything to nitpick. There's the usual slight oddity here and there, but overall this is a great laptop for creators!

I researched laptops for about 2-3 mths before I decided on this one. It has been everything I've needed plus more. The battery life is phenomenal and the features like the backlit keyboard are the most impressive for me. Not to mention it is super fast. Everything loads in the blink of an eye. I am all around impressed and obsessed with this purchase.

AMD processors have just become much more powerful and efficient than 10 years ago! As a tech-enthusiast, this type of performance for the price is making the market more appealing and competitive. Definitely consider going with the latest generation AMD processors on your next purchase

This computer does everything I want to do and probably a lot more that I haven't discovered yet. I love the touch screen. The only drawback that bothers me is the feel of the keyboard. My old keyboard had raised keys that I could feel more easily, so now I make a lot of typing mistakes. Other than that, it's a nice computer at a moderate price.

Great college lap top that has enough speed and memory to last. I did notice that the battery started to not last as long after about 2 years, but that is normal with rechargeable batteries. The outside case is very easy to dent or ding, so be careful with that. I still would recommend for college students.

Much faster than old laptop. Much easier for gaming with folding option

I have only had it for a couple of weeks but it has been a great experience so far. Everyday tasks like watching YouTube, emails, Spotify perform without a hitch. The design looks really good and well built and the ability to stand it up like a tent is great for media consumption. The screen is good but not the most color accurate.

This is an amazing machine. I am older, retired. I was using an old HP Laptop that had a HP BATTERY pack in it, thats how old it was....even for me , Best Buy transfered all my data perfectly I took it home, nervous as a new cat, and it has just been a dream to fire up every morn with coffee and every time, since. The 360 convetible feature is amazing.. I havent even used it this way, but WILL in the kitchen with recipes as a tablet or just folded as a tent. I got this on special and am soooo glad I got this. The lit keys are the bomb as I have dim lighting sometimes at night and its just so cool. One last thing the key letters ARE BIGGER than a regular laptop. My last laptop I bought flexible 'large letter keys' and stuck them on and it worked great,, but I really like the larger letters and as soon as I saw them and the back lighting on the keys,, I KNEW this laptop was for me. I was looking for a computer that I could surf the net and manage all the Microsoft office applications quickly and efficiently. This machine does all that and much more. I'm not a gamer so I don't need all the bells and whistles that go along with that, but I am a home based professional and this machine checks all the boxes. Highly recommended for others like me.

Love the sleek look of this laptop. Light weight, everything is fast and easy running. My favorite feature has to be the backlight on the keyboard, makes it so much easier to do work at night! I have always loved HP, but this particular model I hands down recommenced to everyone!

So for a laptop at nearly $800, I will say that the retail price is fair for what this device offers. Aluminum chassis, decent specs, etc. For the sale price of $550 that I got it for? It was an absolute steal. The only real complaint I can say that I have is that 256GB is just not much storage at all, especially since the 4500U processor and its integrated graphics are enough to run some basic games like Sims 4 well enough. Even without games, I could see even just my art files adding up quickly, so just be wary of that fact and perhaps consider investing in an SD card for file storage, since it's probably the most discrete option and won't take up a precious USB port. Otherwise, an external SSD drive such as the Samsung T series would be an amazing companion to this device. I can also confirm that while not listed as an officially supported device according to Wacom, the Bamboo Ink Plus stylus works perfectly with the device. I tested it using some native Windows apps as well as Clip Studio Pro and everything worked, from the hotkeys to the pressure sensitivity. I wouldn't say it's some amazing pro art duo, but it meets my needs for sketching, and then I can move the files to my desktop and do the finer linework with my professional setup.

I did a ton of research leading up to buying this. My budget was pretty tight but this one met all of my needs and was on sale for $650, which was a pretty good deal. I don't know if I'd recommend it at it's current price range or not but I'm fairly happy with it. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5 is that the first model they gave me had issues, which ultimately led to having to return it for another. From the moment I turned it on, when Cortana first spoke, a loud high-pitched noise blasted through the speakers, and continued to do so until I muted. Also, the battery continued draining significantly while in sleep mode. I returned it after a couple days and they gave me another. No problems with the current model so far. My only complaint is that it's a bit on the heavy side. Not a real issue, but if it weighed a bit less I'd be happier. I haven't tried any gaming, I mostly just use it for drawing and music production. For anyone wondering, I have purchased a Bamboo Ink pen and can confirm it does work (When I was searching for a laptop, this exact model wasn't on Wacom's page of compatible devices). But yeah, pretty solid device.

So far so good. This computer is sleek; it's a beauty. The touch screen, the folding over screen, quiet keyboard and displays are top notch. I am 57 years old and am the "envy" of my kids lol. The HP ENVY 360 has been working for all my office and play needs since I have had her...two weeks. I plan of having her another ten years.

Takes a little longer to restart when updating than I’d like, also wish the McAfee would come pre-installed for one year like my Office was, for a fee of course. Having an issue with it connecting to my wireless printer, which is the HP Envy Wireless printer, which I would assume should connect immediately and consistently being they are the same make and model.
