I bought this to use for school and my side hobby/gig of crafting and it has been perfect for both. The versatility make it the ideal tool for my new online learning environment. The only (really only) issue that I have is that I am a musician and the mic is not great for recordings at all, but I really wasn’t expecting it to be.

Great battery life, and is very quick. Perfect for zoom classes.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical. I have not had any problems thus far. It is convenient, light, and works well. I've had it about 4 weeks. It has really relieved me of the lag in speed and programming inconvenience that my old Surface presented. I'm happy!

Excellent laptop with all the high-end amenities: backlit keyboard, touchscreen, metal finish, etc. Down side is less USB ports, so get a usb hub. Sometimes it freezes with a black screen after a Microsoft update: make sure to press the power button down continuously until it power cycles.

Bought a laptop as a gift to myself after no having a laptop for over 10 years and so far im impressed. I got it on a deal and its been worth it. Doing mild gaming nothing to serious that needs an extreme graphics card. Laptop runs smooth and fast, I hope this will last for years to come. Would highly recommend if you want something affordable.

Love the speed of this computer as well as the touch screen !

This computer has a lot of features and seems real solid. We like the two in one feature of folding it over and it's like a big tablet. Had a few issues with the microphone think it is more of a Microsoft issues instead of an HP issue though.

We haven't used this for a month yet, but so far so good. This is used by a nurse practitioner in a healthcare facility so it is heavily used for 8+ hours a day. It starts up quickly and runs our medical records system with ease. Cannot attest to how well it will hold up over time but the first thirty days have been great.

Purchased this as an open box item for a great price. The unit is sleek, light weight, good sound & display. The battery life is good and I like the on/off switch for the camera. I upgraded to 16GB of RAM and can take care of my light video editing and network diagrams/designs. I don't think I could have found a better option at the price I purchased.

I purchased this for my 4th grader to do his virtual online school. The internal memory & features seem perfect for our needs. The touch screen feature is great & helpful, as well. Ww love that this Laptop can also be converted into a tablet & used as such -in at least 3 different forms. Great Buy -for a great price.

Needed a laptop for work, and this was a great deal. Was on sales, and I got more than I can bargain for. Does absolutely everything I need. Great size, works well with other devices, and the processor is fast enough for me. My sister has a smaller HP and this confirms that I love their products. Very user friendly.

This laptop is stylish, great picture. The only bad part about it is that the on and off bottom is on the right hand side, which every time you accidentally bump into something it with turn off, and the finger reader doesn’t work too well. Overall it’s just great.

I love the way it looks, the setup was easy. The keys light up in the evening when you need it the most. The screen is a nice size and it's so clear. It downloads so fast. and it so easy to use. I like the color, the graphics. It's a laptop and turns into a tablet. It's thin and not heavy. The camera shows clear.

Ryzen 5 CPU paired with 256gb SSD and 8gb memory makes for smooth and quick load times! I was looking for an inexpensive option for working from home, and came across this more-than-serviceable option. Working great so far, and doesn’t add to the clutter at home!

Love the touch screen and the computer is super fast

I love this laptop. The touch screen is super convenient, and the lighted keyboard is so helpful. My old laptop was pretty old and it's amazing how far things have come in the past ten years! This one boots up and shuts down in seconds, versus minutes. The definition is magnificent and the battery lasts forever!
