Microphone and sound went out after 2 weeks! Also, videos were taking forever to load.

As of 8/13/19 the computer was used approximately 4 days. It was working when closed up, but after it shut down, would never restart. Past the time to return to Best Buy and so we are having to have it sent to HP to get repaired. Total lemon! Would not recommend purchasing this computer.

My daughter can’t even use it for school because in the middle of her class meeting it makes a ridiculously loud buzzing noise and stops working. I’ve had this laptop for a month and it is super disappointing. I don’t think I’d buy an HP from here ever again.

When I came to pick it up after Geek Squad transferred my data, it said “malicious “ and do not proceed. I exchanged it for an Asus.

Returned it after about a week. Trackpad slow and touch screen lacking response.

Screen cracked easily and its heavy. Keyboard alignment is also not standard. Only buy if its a great deal

After only having it for 20 Days I have already had to send it off to HP to be repaired for a battery issue.

Very slow processor even with high speed internet. Freezes very often.

Gets a 1 star because zero isn’t available. After 10 hours with Geek squad going through entire computer we were told to take it back and exchange it. HP is apparently having issues with the drivers. Best Buy was great swapped it for a Dell. Both geek squad and guy at store when we returned it said they are having issues. Guy that sold it to me never said a word. Dell is the way to go.

Problem with the operating system. Kept shuting down and very hard to turn back on. Only had it for a few weeks.

I bought this laptop based on reviews but returned after 25 days. It had a very loud noise during zoom videos and game times. I didn't know where was that loud noise came from but I think it was cooling fan noise. My brother followed me and brought the same model and it had the same problem as mine. Overall it's affordable trash . Don't waste your time and money.

Will need to make an appointment and see if you Geek Squad can fix the many issues with my new expensive laptop.

Save yourself a lot of grief and money and buy an Apple. We bought two of these for our kids for online school, and they have been a NIGHTMARE. Loud buzzing sound during zoom calls that stays on after we’ve turned off the computer plus now having other issues after just a few days of using. Of course we can no longer return them. Do not buy this laptop!!!!!!

The ENVY has been a problem the moment I started using it. The touch pad on the right had to continue to click it before anything would come up onscreen. One day I used the fold like a tablet, and the ENVY turned off. Then it locked up on me. I said that was it!!! I'm going to be returning it for something else. Do not get this computer!!!!

Wish I had never purchased this computer. It wont connect to web sights locks up wont scroll. Took it in today and it is suppose to be fixed but liked to not have got it to connect to best buy web sight. Computer works right when it wants to.

I purchased a HP laptop on 10/19/20. I cannot even get it to do anything. All I get is a black screen. I called Geek Squad they could not fix it over the phone. I could not get an appointment until Saturday for them to look at it. Not pleased at the moment.

Bought two of these for the kids home school during the pandemic. After a week one of them kept freezing and making noise (fan). Sent it back to get repaired. Another week goes by and other one starts doing the same.

need to purchase more memory or have the option of more. 8GB is too little for today's applications

I got a lemon such that the machine started malfunctioning right after the 14 day return period. HP support and repair are underway, but I'm very displeased with Best Buy's service. Next time I'll just buy from Costco that has a 90 day return period.

the graphics and gaming are not that good and the hard drive just 230 and the ram 5.8 of 8!!!!!!
