I have an appointed next week to come in and have this computer looked at.

Bought for my daughter going to college. Of course just past the 15 day return policy, system crashes every time she tries to conduct virtual (zoom session) learning. Thus pretty much useless in today's education environment. Hope Best Buy provides a new one when we take it for Geek Squad warranty review.

This machine was slower than the 8 year old laptop I was replacing. I returned it.

Battery runs down too fast. Not enough ports... description of product was misleading.

This is the 3rd and LAST HP computer we will own. HP Printers are awesome but their computers both desktop and laptop are HORRIBLE. This one didn't work 7 months before it started giving my daughter issues. Never again.

Got this computer for school and it crashes when I try and watch my classes on zoom. I had to go back to my old lap top to watch my classes. Not happy

- Issue with wifi connectivity on and often - The Mouse gets locked at the corner of the screen sometimes. - Most of the time, the power goes down and then need to wait for 15 minutes to start working on it. This has been happening within 45 days of purchase of this new laptop. I need an immediate resolution.

I got this laptop excited to have a touchscreen feature with it. Only to find out that it didnt work at all. I sent it to HP only for it to take a month to get back to me. I highly dont recommend getting anything from geek squad and will personally never get anything from geek squad again.

Bought this for my son going away to college, first time he used it for a Zoom call it started screeching and dropped the call, eventually rebooted itself. The speakers are poor and he says the mic doesn't work. He had to hook up his Xbox headset to it in order to attend class remotely.

Salesperson talked us into this computer. It has been a mistake. Poor quality and glitched within first year of owning. Price was too high for quality and performance. I would still return this if that was still an option.

Like it while it worked. Died before it hit 2 years old. Took it to be repaired and was told that it was probably the hard drive and would be better off buying a new one. Now my daughter is at school out of state and we are running around looking for a new laptop

The hinge stared coming off the top of the screen. I’ve had tons of laptops for over 20 years & I've never seen an issue like this before. I’ve never dropped it and I’ve always kept it on my desk at all times. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

This laptop I keep for home use & does everything it should 23 days in a row. I keep it in my home office so it doesn’t even leave the desk On day 24 the laptop does not power on. Very disappointed on a expensive laptop & It’s passed the return date. (15 days). I will be bring this to Best Buy ASAP.

This was the heaviest computer I’ve carried in a while.

Stay away! I have owned more laptops than I can count. Bought this for my wife. Absolutely the worst. Constantly drops wifi; touchpad stops working; constant reboots. We've owned this 11 months - never again. Buy a Dell.

Stopped powering on after 5 months. I took it to geek squad, they said 'contact HP', which I am in the midst of. So bought a new computer, and they are saying it is a bad motherboard, which they are going to have to take back and repair.

IM Not happy at all and I wish I could return this for an iPad. I might call the store and see. I don’t like the Microsoft office package at all. I am so unhappy that I am using my old lap top. I need to make an appointment with geek squad.

Working with Best Buy has become a nightmare. I went through a process of selecting a computer only to find out that when I went to order it was out of stock. Ended up with a lesser computer at a higher price, but needed it quickly.

After 2 years the motherboard just decided to die and just a few weeks after the warnty was just up. Looked it up and it seems hp laptop usualy have the motherboard die quite often !

Purchased on 6/28/20 but took it back on 6/29/20 because it refused to charge and come on. Returned that laptop yesterday because the audio did not work. Am not impressed at all with HP and do not plan to purchase their laptops ever again.
