Unfortunately I purchased this laptop and not even 3 weeks the screen was glitching and the speaker was making some loud noise for this reasons I’m disappointed ☹️ and somewhat upset I spent $800 on a laptop that is not working.

Was a great laptop until it quit working after 28 days of use. No power at all. Best Buy said past 15-day return (ordered on-line). I would have to send to HP and be without a laptop for 3-4 weeks.

Right out of the box, the setup was quick and seamless, and the laptop is incredibly easy to use.

I have only had this device for a month and a week after I got it, it was already not turning on, kicks me off the internet all the time or just won't connect at all to some wifis. I plan on fighting for a full refund.

I order the computer online and didn’t work and they wouldn’t help fix it after I traded it out for an outbox one and that computer didn’t work either . I just got my money back horrible service never again

I’ve had this computer for less than a month and have had nothing but issues! Done virtual Assistance, phone assistance...etc. and I’m still having issues!! Now the biggest one is getting my money back!!!

Computer makes loud noise and blue screens making it almost unusable for virtual school which is what we bought it for. Very disappointed considering the excellent reviews that made us chose this computer

One of the five laptops that failed within a few days of bringing it home. It just refused to power up. The only thing I can say is that this one lasted the longest of the failures.

Service stinks, computer trash. Spent $689.00 and computer broke after 2 days. I'm out $700.00. Best Buy has horrible setvuce.

Terrible, HP doesn't have up to date audio drivers so they just buzz and die I have tried literally everything and the bestbuy employees basically told me good luck find it yourself.

this is second one i had in a month and half both crashed while doing school work and started making a noise which you could not stop eventually it stopped returned both to storte

I good laptop screen started to have pixels and blinking on and off and I purchased a year ago soon as my warranty was up it started messing up

I still have a 3 year old HP Envy 17" laptop which is at least twice as bright as this. Complete waste of money. I'm returning it and sticking with my older, slower, but bright and reliable 3 y/o HP.

Sound kept going out. Within the first two weeks I had to reboot the laptop to its original settings, twice. Not a great product.

1 year, 2 months in the hinge broke. I'm stuck with a broken computer. Out of warranty with HP and Best Buy can't do anything about it.

Too bad we cant return it to store since its 3 days past the returnable date. All of the suddden it wont power on. Not recommending to anybody.

It started making noise and turned off after less than a month use. Poor quality item. How does HP control the quality? I don't recommend this computer . 1 star Poor

Love the computer and that the screen flips around. It is bad about overheating very quickly when I play games but a cooling pad takes care of that.

bough this open box to save a few bucs but the laptop kept shutting down randomly and then a blue screen/black screen tried resetting it but wouldnt my guess its windows issue... Always buy new.

I should of bought brand new 1 year manufacture warranty was registered over a year ago for the laptop. I should have checked before I left the store.
