I've had it just over 2 weeks and no longer working. Never again. And BB won't let me return it. Aweful! I'm disgusted with the product and the brush off by Best Buy.

I bought this laptop for back to school but it stopped working properly. It had a loud buzzing noise and the audio stopped working in just 2 weeks. Had to return it.

Would really like to return. Yesterday this laptop just stopped working. Would like to know how to proceed from here. Only had this laptop for a month at the most.

very dissapointed with this laptop the same day i got it and took it out the box within 20 minites the screen buttons to make it dark and light stopped working

The first 2 days I got this it broke and had to sent it out to get it fixed. The power wasn’t working and the brightness wasn’t working.

Awful. Constantly resetting internet drivers and now I’ve had it less than 2 months and it won’t stay on.

Within 2 weeks of receiving the product, it suddenly died. No charging indication, no display turning on, turned into a paperweight. Would not recommend.

The mouse and keyboard on this computer didn’t work correctly. The mouse would just wonder at random times and the keyboard didn’t work properly. Definitely not a keeper.

I absolutely hate this computer. The bottom gets extremely HOT! It is very touchy. I don't like the touch screen. Wish I never would have purchased.

Best Buy should be ashamed to sell new college kids lap to that have problems weekly affecting school work and grades!! They should replace!!!!

Worked for a limited amount of time. Geek squad restored it and sound worked for and hour then it broke again. Returned. No luck with this line.

Love this laptop. For the price this has some fantastic features. Had this laptop 5 years now, no issues at all. Literally none. The battery even works well still, never needed to be replaced! You just have to look after it like any laptop. It's nowhere near the beefiest hardware, but it's perfect for college course work and casual computer usage. Never gamed on it, but I did use a few GIS softwares and they worked perfectly fine, no issues. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

Best Buy wont fix or exchange defective product after 15 days of purchase. I may have to purchase from Amazon or Walmart from now on.

Sadly returned this laptop, I really wanted to love and keep it but once the lagging and fan started to come on I had to return it.

every hp ive bought at best buy is junk there prices are to high and open box laptops are junk dont buy any of there junk

Trash! I have had this for six month and the touch has stopped working and the power struggles to go on

It stopped working a little after a year. It wont come on and i cant seem to get help from hp.

I have owned this computer since September 2019 and still love it in 2023. I bought it for college and it definitely got its use in. I now use it for work so it's used daily. The battery still holds a charge the way it did when I first got it. Still runs and operates like it did in 2019. The touch screen is probably my favorite feature. It has the option to turn into a tablet, I don't use that feature but it's there if I do need it. I really can't say enoufg good things about this computer. I recommend it to everyone. It has definitely outlasted any of my previous computers.

Geek phone rep totally screwed up the data transfer from my old computer to new one. Still trying to figure things out.

It's very slow and I brought all the programs it have a poor stream.dont encourage for a 9year old...
