Quite glitch, display freezes and loses orientation from time to time. Over two years, battery got very weak.

Great laptop for the price. Had all the details I was looking for. Using this for work at home mom who needed an upgrade. AMD Ryzen proves to be snappy and hard to slow down. Great materials but a little on the heavy side.

This laptop works perfectly. I was employed until 2 yrs ago and used computers of different mfrs and this laptop is perfect. I had an old (10yrs ) computer which the disc died and I went to Best Buy and purchased this one.

Love the look feel and overall design. The screen is vivid and rich. The backlit keyboard makes it elegant and classy. Fast processor ample storage for my needs. Batter life is good nothing to rave about in my opinion. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I made the purchase based on a recommendation from an expert. I need this to perform specific tasks for the work I do. Unfortunately, this is not enough machine for what I do, but for every day mundane tasks, it is great. I like the size and design of the case and the display is an upgrade from my last laptop, which I would still use if it did not have a catastrophic failure. Perhaps I am not up to date with technology because there are not enough USB connections for what I do. If the wireless mouse and printer are plugged in, there are no other USB ports. Bottom line this is a very nice machine (back lit keyboard, display, design.

Been using for a few weeks now, no issues or problems. Holds the charge!!! Back lighting is perfect!!! Boots right up quickly, loads web pages quick. I am very satisfied with this product so far. No regrets for this purchase!!!!

So far so good when I installed PC Mattick I lost my virtual assistant and can’t seem to get her back, but seems pretty fast. it’s a touchscreen, great image and brightness, very thin, battery seems to hold up fairly well, speakers sound good!

This tablet-style laptop works perfectly for what I need-- I use the Bamboo pencil with it, and am able to draw, design, and write on the tablet portion with ease. I use it with Adobe products and it integrates seamlessly.

I’m really enjoying this laptop! I love that it is touch screen and I can use it with the keyboard or without. The keyboard also lights up which I thought was cool. I like the new sleek design of this new style laptop. I would definitely recommend!

College kiddo always complained about speed of her laptop. Loves this 2in1. Loves the speed and touchscreen. Very happy with this purchase. Giving it 4 stars for now. If it's still running in a yr. then I'll upgrade rating lol

Love this laptop ! The touchscreen works perfectly and is super convenient! I love the set up and how all my stuff is synced together. The speakers are pretty loud as well which is awesome for watching shows movies and listening to music !

I bought this notebook for a mere $529 during the back-to-school sale time. Its price was dropped from $779 due to a regular sales cut of $150 and then dropped another $100 for a student discount. This notebook is a great value. You get a very large 15.6" touch-screen, a fast processor and decent graphics combo in the AMD Ryzen 5 and Vega 8 graphics. The computer comes with 8 GB Memory which is shared with the graphics. A very nimble 256 GB SSD. I purchased a large capacity SD card to provide additional storage. You also get the latest Windows 10 operating system. The computer came with some free antivirus. I do wish it was a bit easier to upgrade. For instance, if it had some small panels that could be opened up to easily add more RAM or increase the SSD. However, I think for the uses I have for it, no upgrades are necessary.

Great laptop and tablet. For the first couple weeks after I purchased the computer, the computer was having issues with the transition between laptop and tablet mode. The software would not go into tablet mode when the computer was physically in tablet mode or it would get stuff in tablet mode after physically turning the computer back into a laptop. A restart works fix the issue. After a number of software updates the issue seems to be resolved, and I have not had any problems with the computer in many weeks. It is a fast computer for my application and I'm really enjoying the tablet mode. The speakers are nice and the image quality of the screen is good. The screen reflects a lot of background light, and it would be nice if it wasn't as reflective.

I bought this for my mother and it is very user-friendly. The laptop can be used by anyone regardless of age. The performance speed is great, the price is perfect, and the size is perfect. So far, no issues can be found with the laptop.

Really happy with Envy. Good response time. Backlighting, touch/reverse screen and size are all fantastic. Does not have a Cat5 port! Will have to get adapter since there are times when hardwire is better than WiFi.

This laptop is doing the job for my son. He didn't want to buy the most expensive model and the salesperson was receptive to his wants and needs. He directed us to this model and it is working well.

Sleek laptop with beautiful look and feel. Feels solid, even the screen, as opposed to some that flex to much. Love the backlit keyboard. Excellent sound, separate keypad, keyboard is well designed and has a nice feel when typing.

The first several days were full of updates and crashes after the updates. Several BIOS updates were done and then finally it started working properly. Don't expect an 800 # to call for help and the virtual help was kind of worthless. Have had no problems for the last few weeks. I believe the downloads corrected the problems. Now I can say it boots up fast and is a comfortable laptop with decent features at an attractive price. The battery life is not as good as expected, but it seldom is. Good thing I didn't get the review request out of the gate. One star would have been a stretch.

Pleased with its performance! I have said what I wanted to at this point but the requirement that I add additional words has resulted in my writing this , I feel quite sure that this is not what you had in mind!

From gaming to editing video this computer has done it all for me i cant recommend it enough for what ever purpose one of the best all around computers i have owned i have had it for a year and she still runs beautifully
