This laptop was for my wife & replacing her old outdated laptop with a functional updated PC that can do the things she wanted to initiate & is compatable with her new craft Cricket machine is great. Best Buy is missing out on an opportunity to sell the Cricket Craft Machine & supplies. Sales for this crafting machine that needs software & a PC to be compatable for functioning & downloading could open up a whole new client & repeat customers in KEY demographic that never otherwise walks through the door in your store you should check into it...there are ongoing supplies needed that other stores like Walmart & Michaels are selling & this would open up a whole new reason for foot traffic Female age 35 to 54 which I’m guessing is not visiting unless they need an appliance....just a thought!

I love this computer! It is fast and the touch screen works well. I am able to complete all my assignments with no problems for school. The mouse is nice on the keyboard and no clicking sound. I recommend this computer for college students.

I’ve been an Apple owner for the last for years and it took everything in me to switch. But I actually really like this laptop and can do gaming on it, as well as school work. It’s great and way cheaper than Apple

I bought this for my daughter for high school use. It worked so great that I bought a second one for my son for college. When he saw it and used it he loved it. And you can't beat the price. I got it on sale for 556.00

The specs and 2-in-1 feature are AMAZING for what you're paying for! I was lucky to be able to buy this for my girlfriend when it was only $550 but even if I had to pay the full $779 it would still be absolutely worth it!

I'm a college student in the age of Corona Virus, so a new laptop was a must when all my classes went online. This one has been amazing, always fast, and super convenient for reading online books. highly recommend

The laptop looks very stylish. Metal shell and can convey to tablet or laptop. All works great and it’s touch screen. Now my problem with this laptop and I highly recommend getting the warranty. Not even a few days of use and the laptop heated up and shut off randomly while in use of under 10 mins. I though of it’ll go away but it was an on going problem only reason I gave it a 3. For the price that is paid you would think it would be great to use for school. Next time I purchase a laptop I will reconsider my options.

This laptop was recommended by a great Best Buy associate who gave me a great deal & even reminded me to sign up for Best Buy Student Deals. I needed a new computer for college and this one is working great so far. Fast, easy, productive.

Very happy with Envy x360. Fast, light, Touch-Screen great as PC or Tablet. Backlit keyboard with dark keys perfect. Color and finish make a great look and feel. 8GB with 256GB SSD plenty for general use. No second thoughts with this one.

Wife loves this laptop, allows her to be able to work on things while she sits in bed and loves that she doesnt need a light to see the keyboard, which was one of the main options she was looking for. She also loves the 2 in 1 aspect.

I purchased two of these devices for virtual schooling. I like the touch screen option for my 7 year old who doesn't know how to type yet. Short story one of the devices has worked perfectly for a couple months. The second (the one my 7 year old uses) had a over heating issue that causes the fan to spin so fast and loud he can't hear his teachers instructions. Best buy has replaced the device once which was great but now the second has the same issue.

HP-Envy x360 was the perfect size and price for a laptop that I use in my truck at my jobsites. I have been a long time HP user, and would be hard pressed to switch to a different brand.

Very stylish and fast laptop. Really like the touch screen and battery lasts a long time. My husband has the same one for 2 years now and he loves it so I decided to get one for myself. Very pleased!!!

I highly recommend this computer. Great on speed on the processor. Screen graphics are great And tablet style touchscreen is awesome as well. If you're just using Office products and internet surfacing, buy this computer!

Purchasing my HP-ENVYX360 2-IN-15.6 TOUCH-SCREEN LAPTOP -AMD RYZEN 5-8GB MEMORY-256GB SSD-NIGHTFALL BLACK..... is exciting.....my previous Laptop is still working....I felt it was a time for updating...... I'm very well pleased....perfect for me and my needs....as well as Best Buy setting up my HP-LAPTOP with GEEK SQUADE ....MADE IT SMOOTH FOR ME....Being able to know that my HP-LAPTOP IS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND SETUP ....All I had to do was plug in and enter my info and off I went to my new Adventure.... I'm sure you would enjoy this Laptop and enjoying your new HP... CC

Needed a new computer for going back to school (at the age of 51!) and home. Nick, the Best Buy rep was great! I can’t call him a “salesman” because he didn’t push anything. He gave me lots of information about several brands and their abilities and I chose. I am still figuring everything out on the Hp Envy but it is smooth and easy to work with. So glad I purchased this!!

I got this laptop because I am starting grad school soon. I think it’s an excellent laptop so far especially for the price point. I love that it has the tablet option, even though I have not used this feature much yet. Great purchase!

The computer is fine. HP seems to have a record for overheating. I wish I had know that before making the purchase The staff people involved in the setup were very good.
