Finding more and more things I can do with this laptop. Really loving it. The back lighting for the keyboard is a big plus and I like the fact it turns off after a few on it's own when not in use.

Bought it to take on business trips and its been great so far. Very fast and the touch screen is nice. Everything we do is internet based so didn't need a lot of storage space and for the price this was a good.

This is a daily use laptop for me as a computer engineer and first responder I actually use this computer very often. I suggest this to almost anyone that I encounter that needs a computer. I've never actually been a fan of HP in the past I feel their quality is usually lacking and performance this computer however has done me very well though they do use a Chic solid state drive which does lead me to have problems every now and then with the system freezing and not responding I plan to replace this drive as soon as affordable but it still does what I need to do and is still reliable.

Great computer for a college student. Bought this computer for my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas And he says it is working great running fast good battery life definitely a great purchase.

Not disappointed with the laptop so far. The screen resolution is worth the extra money. I think that as a tablet this 15 inch is too large but haven't had a chance to use it with HP stylus-pen. Hp online includes this in their offerings. Webcam works well but hard to get the clearest picture, may ge the lighting I am in. The speakers are above average and unless you have a very sensitive ear provide excellent sound and tonality. Case is light and not cumbersome. OS Windows 10 is easy to use, already owned the Microsoft Office

Great product, I bought this for school and it is meeting my needs and expectations! It is user friendly, the applications are easily accessible. The screen clarity is superb and it is lightening fast.

After having it for 4 weeks I just got it set up today because it was hacked the first 2 hours I used it when I was downloading Word. I was very disappointed. I took it back to get cleared and any viruses removed. Since I had had trouble with the hard drive of my previous computer I wanted help to make certain the recovered hard drive had been installed correctly and that the hackers would not be able to get back to my Word program. Today was the first I could have an appointment with the Geek squad and Danman set it all up for me. There is still a learning curve to get use to some differences with the screen and program formats. I am not yet comfortable with it.

So I got it about couple weeks ago. It is fine. If the screen goes dark when folded you have to flip it back to turn it back on. The fan has panic attacks sometimes where it makes a whizzing sound doing basic processes. The computer crashes sometimes and it’s only been few weeks. The speed is pretty good. The touch screen feature is cool. No place to store the pen. It looks cool though I don’t know how durable it is haven’t dropped it yet.

Everything I expected: really fast and bright. Sure would nice to have a protocol to update all my various programs - everything that takes a password - to my new machine.

Needed a new computer since mine was 10 years old and no longer getting support. I cheated, i let my daughter research and then bought the same computer. Sooooo, when i run into a roadblock, i can just call her: HELP!

Picked this up during Black Friday sales because I needed a new device quick after my desktop took a lightning strike. It's a Windows laptop, does what it needs to do. Alexa was really easy to disable. Has some weight to it, but it's not too heavy. My only wish is it had a bit more storage, but I have an SD card on the way, simple enough. Runs Factorio well, which is a high priority for me. Display looks really good. Not a fan of the power button placement, but that's just a nitpick. Fingerprint reader works well, and gives first time success 95% of the time. Not much else to add, does what I need it to do. The Factory Must Grow.

Bought this laptop for my wife, primarily for e-mail and surfing the web. It so much faster than two prior laptops when running Windows 10. She is very happy with it, so I would definitely recommend it.

Overall it was a good computer until the speakers and the mic no longer worked as I was doing a conference. In the middle of it the mic and speaker stopped working this happened for 3 days I took it back to Best Buy, they supposedly fixed it but the next day it didn't work again. I inform them that I wanted a new computer they supposedly ordered it and almost two weeks in I went there to inquire come to find out the replacement computer was never ordered. At that time it was enough so I canceled my order and requested my refund.

Thank goodness the computer was not to hard to setup. I was really disappointed that the Greek Squad could not set me up because they were back logged for 3 weeks. Thus I didn't get to use the expertise I would need for the next year. I usually buy the setup and extended year warranty but with no help … HP has really come along way by walking you though steps to setup computer and to add my Microsoft Office. All in all so happy with this HP- battery life is great, easy to move around in and like that I can use it like a notebook. I am going to get the pen next.

I upgraded my laptop since I am working from home more often than at the office and I am happy that I made the purchase. Nice design and build and I need the numeric pad so that was a plus.

I got this under the student sale for my son to do virtual school and it is great. He is just in kindergarten and can use this computer way easier than one without the touch screen .

Great laptop! Has alexa built in, connects to cell phone to message and make/receive calls from the computer. Everything I needed for paying bills and going to school. Back lit keyboard too.

I need this laptop for work, and it makes it a lot easier. Touch screen, fast CPU, fingerprint sign in, and it's thin. Highly recommend for work/school

Thin, light, looks really nice, and does everything I need it to. I like the screen size, large without making the laptop too big. I ended up not needing it for the job I got, but we still kept it anyways. Also like having a finger print reader again. I only have 2 minor complaints. First is I feel like the screen doesn't get quite bright enough? The screen is very shiny and if I have light from behind me, there is a lot of glare. If the screen got brighter it could help with this. Other is, being a touch screen and the screen is close to edge, I exited out of what I was doing several times the first couple days lol. Out of habit, I would grab top right corner to adjust the screen.

I spent time researching the best laptop for a reasonable price before buying. I am extremely satisfied with the choice I made. It's compact, fast and overall just amazing for the price.
