I’ll still give it a 5 star cos it’s a very fast laptop but I recommend not to buy cos it failed on me, I bought and 3 days later the camera stop working and I haven’t even used it once, second the fingerprint didn’t wanted to work anymore and lastly the volume didn’t wanted to work properly it’s just kept on mute and unmute. I update everything to see if these bugs will stop and and work properly but nothing, so I went to BB to get exchanged and I explained what happened and sure enough they exchanged it this time I got there smaller versions which it better and more faster.

I purchased this laptop a few days and i have already fallen in love with it. I have had zero issues. The sound quality is great and the touch screen is very responsive.

Great HD resolution and fast speed make this computer a pleasure to use. The backlit keyboard is perfect for my needs. The touchscreen adds a lot of versatility to this laptop.

The screen it a touch screen and it’s very clear and large! Very easy to get any kind of work done, replying to emails as well as watching videos and playing games!

I havent quite figured out how to use various options..new models dont come with directions and I hate that..but it has everything we wanted at a super good price

This is on me part of the way. In early september/mid september my computer was dropped and the outside frame was damaged. Well I sent it in to be fixed. Well when I got it back it was fixed but my finger print sensor was messed up and it looked side ways with a scrach through out the top until mid way. The sensor only worked about once out of eight times. I also noticed that there was a screw missing. That the rubber grippy thing was also messed up. They stated that they could send it back and get it fixed. I stated if there was any possible way I could send it in at a later date because I'm a college student and alot of my work is online, papers, etc. They said it was fine and that they would make a note in my fine about it. Over the next few months my track pad started to slip upwards. Well on Tuesday the 3rd of November I tried to go on it to finish a final paper that is litterly due tomorrow the 6th and it wouldnt turn on. I pluged it in, tried another charger for it which was an up charger. I even left it pluged in over night to see if that wkuld do it. Well it didnt. I turned it into my local best buy geek squad and I explained what was happening and what happened the earlier months. Well he tried to plug it in and it didnt do crap like i just stated. He then stated that he wouldnt be able to diagnose since it wouldnt turn on. Which I totally understand. Well I sgined the paper. Well I forgot to get the copy of it and the tracking number... I know stupied me right? Well my brain is all the neck messed up due to the fact that number 1 I didnt sync anything to my account and the fact that I have a final paper that I have on it that needed to be completed and submitted. Then I habe a few online finals that I have to completr before the 10th.

Very nice laptop. I have to get used to the keyboard as it feels off compared to my keyboard paired with my work laptop. Touch screen works great.

Excellent computer! Meets all of the specs that I needed, super user friendly, keyboard feels great and isn't loud... the light up keys are a nice touch.

We purchased this computer for our son for high school and he also uses it fir gaming. He loves it!

Love the touch screen feature. After 11 months I am still satisfied with this HP-ENVY laptop. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Worked well on low level gaming and any productivity software. Decent sound and nice graphics. Battery drains a little fast.
