This is on me part of the way. In early september/mid september my computer was dropped and the outside frame was damaged. Well I sent it in to be fixed. Well when I got it back it was fixed but my finger print sensor was messed up and it looked side ways with a scrach through out the top until mid way. The sensor only worked about once out of eight times. I also noticed that there was a screw missing. That the rubber grippy thing was also messed up. They stated that they could send it back and get it fixed. I stated if there was any possible way I could send it in at a later date because I'm a college student and alot of my work is online, papers, etc. They said it was fine and that they would make a note in my fine about it. Over the next few months my track pad started to slip upwards. Well on Tuesday the 3rd of November I tried to go on it to finish a final paper that is litterly due tomorrow the 6th and it wouldnt turn on. I pluged it in, tried another charger for it which was an up charger. I even left it pluged in over night to see if that wkuld do it. Well it didnt. I turned it into my local best buy geek squad and I explained what was happening and what happened the earlier months. Well he tried to plug it in and it didnt do crap like i just stated. He then stated that he wouldnt be able to diagnose since it wouldnt turn on. Which I totally understand. Well I sgined the paper. Well I forgot to get the copy of it and the tracking number... I know stupied me right? Well my brain is all the neck messed up due to the fact that number 1 I didnt sync anything to my account and the fact that I have a final paper that I have on it that needed to be completed and submitted. Then I habe a few online finals that I have to completr before the 10th.

Good laptop for my needs, school and processing 3D models. Only 8gb of ram but can still play quite a few games on it if I’m traveling.

Bought this for my wife and she just love the touch screen. She runs her day care business with it.

It's okay for the price you pay for. The search engines gives me problems minimizing the screen and sometimes it gets very slow

Well rounded computer. It meets all all my needs and has surpassed them. The touch screen is also an amazing feature and easy for my children to use.

Very nice laptop. Great screen, good battery life. Some issues with losing wifi internet when it goes to sleep.

Using this for work and it's just what I need. They make this in silver, but I find the black easier to see the characters on the keyboard.

Bought this computer for remote work. I use it for basic things like office, email. Large screen. Has touch screen and tablet capabilities as well.

I bought this after a lot of research. There were more positive comments than bad. I had this for about 3 weeks, oh it was very fast , but the problems started almost on the first day. Bluetooth wouldn't hook to anything, the sound would stop working and then a lock up, reboot after reboot still same problems. I had updated Windows and all HP updates from their website, problems still there. I have owned many laptops from various manufactures and never had continuing problems like this. Also I didn't think , being brand new I would have to put up with so many problems. never found out what the problem was, but I returned it to Best Buy, no problem in returning it.

since purchasing this laptop, I have had nothing but issues. I agree with other reviewers that say it will get really hot and take a while to come back on. It has also shut off in the middle of working and will intermittently get really slow. What is worse, is my webcam is apparently not connected internally. I did not really need the webcam until recently which is how it was discovered. As a healthcare provider during the COVID-19 crisis, I expected a little more help than I received. I am now at a lack of knowing what I could possibly do because their solution is I would need to send it to a service center for repair and will not issue a replacement. Not only do I have patients I need to do telemedicine visits with, but I teach in an online graduate program. My computer is a huge part of my job that I cannot spare for even a day. Still, HP refuses to help. I must note, I had an HP notebook from 2013 until I purchased this one and I loved it. However, never again from a company that cannot stand behind their products. Notice that they have not responded to ANY of the negative comments about this computer?

Great performance for office use. Fast and reliable. Love the easy set up process and the clear instructions. Sturdy structure but not too heavy.

It’s coming in handy for school work and studying pretty simple to use and I like how it’s pretty light and thin not much weight. I would recommend

Very good quality for the money. I bought this due to the virtual world for my job. It works great for both work and personal. Highly recommend.

Good for the price. Wish I can sprung for something a little better but considering the price point its very good.
