I really like this product. The touch screen features allows for options and this is my third hp. The size of the screen are great.

This HP Envy has a bright screen, fast processor and initiative commands. Basically using it to track household information using Office platform. Seamless interface with our HP printer, which is older but still works well enough for us. Best Buy salesman actually listened to us. Then he showed us two options. He was knowledgeable, personable and more helpful than we expected. Price comparable to other local stores. Could have gotten it for less on line ...but we didn’t know enough to do a blind purchase . Count us as quite satisfied with the purchase process and our use of this computer.

My girlfriend loves this computer and her kids now can play on it and use the touchscreen when necessary. Very durable.

This laptop was very easy to set up, is very quiet, and is so much faster than any other one I've owned over the past 20+ years. Kudos to HP for such a great product!

I’ve only had it a couple of days and was apprehensive about the touch screen. It’s a very functional option that before this never thought made sense.

So far it has been easy to use. Really enjoy the touch screen use. Did take a few tries to use the left and right clicks on the pad

Love the look and for the price I get just what I need. Didn't want anything too fancy just a 2 in 1 that could support software for college.

This laptop is pretty great ! It boots up in like 30 secs and sign in is almost instantaneous with the fingerprint feature. It responds well to touch and it’s generally a quick computer. I’ve had it almost a month now. The only issue I had was towards the beginning when I used to lock my computer by closing the screen. I’d try to sign back in but then the keyboard would freeze so then I’d have to restart the computer entirely so I could use the keyboard. I haven’t seen much of an issue with it now though

Great budget laptop, I'm use to higher end laptops, but this laptop surprised me. After my last laptop went out after 4yrs I did not want to invest that type of money in a labtop again. This laptop has nearly all the same features as my last and so much more. I also got it on sale. So happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this laptop, for the casual gamer, or for students, the 2 in 1 feature is great as well. Its also pretty good on batterie life compared to my last.

Perfect for my High schooler. He is happy with the color, the Alexa built in, touch screen, memory and speed. Price was very competitive!

This thing runs well enough for all of my gaming, photo/video editing, and streaming. Thats all that needs be said. Its great.

Purchased this open-box supposedly excellent condition. It did look good. Issue was when you lift the laptop off a surface, there is a grinding noise. Probably the fan. Build quality was fantastic, and so was the display which I assume was IPS (vibrant, excellent viewing angeles). Was probanly $60 difference from new, so maybe I should've bought new. Anyway returned since I don't want to deal with grinding.

I purchased this HP Envy 360 laptop for my son as he is beginning High School. One of the primary reasons for choosing the HP Envy was the AMD Ryzen 5 processor--which rivals the Intel Core i7 in performance but at a price point comparable to that of the Intel Core i5. The HP Envy 360 is also a touch screen, has an SSD, a backlit keyboard and is very well crafted and rock solid--it has an extremely high quality feel to it. After tinkering with and setting up this laptop for my son, I was thinking that I wouldn't mind having one for myself as well.

This is my third HP Envy. They are a decent lower-priced laptop option for someone who isn't a heavy gamer or downloader.

Never knew speed would make a difference. Don't have to wait for programs to open. Printer takes longer to warm up.
