Great computer. Initially I was hesitant, but it has some great features, like the fingerprint scanner. It is a great laptop for the price.

So far it’s a great laptop, I have had several HP’s and wanted to upgrade, this fit the bill both with features and price.

This laptop is a vast improvement over the previous one I owned. It is fast, responsive, and the screen is great. The best feature is the lighted keyboard.

So glad I got this the speed is good for someone that needs something just to do video editing with.

Beautiful graphics, fast loading speed. It's been a perfect computer for school work and playing The Sims.

Touch screen feature is awesome, can use my finger to log onto computer, and can use it like a tablet as well. Can watch movies in 4k as well.

This is a well built laptop. The hinges are tight and the keyboard feels amazing. The screen allows you to see your work clearly and easily.

*This review is taking place during the COVID-19 Pandemic and is also affected by the heavy usage of Internet and WiFi connectivity.* I was excited to receive this laptop as an upgrade in time for my wedding anniversary and birthday gift. For the speed and the price, it seems like a good value. Then the proliferation of Zoom meetings kept going. One day, in the midst of a live meeting, I lost audio, and the computer emitted a low buzzing sound, though all other functionality of the laptop remained. The problem was only solved by completing a hard reset of the machine. When the reset occurred, I tried running diagnostics, but no problem was detected. This occurred four more times before I finally contacted HP technical service. The first technician downloaded anew driver. This did not solve the problem. It was only after the second technician uninstalled the previous that the problem seemed to resolve itself. I say all this as a fair warning of the computer's performance. Other small issues that I don't like about the machine: only 2 usb ports and the inconvenience of the A/C cord's plugin location.

I just recently bought this laptop and it’s been doing great. I like the design and color. So far there’s been no problems so only time will tell but I love it.

Works great out of the box. Nice change after using a Mac book for the last 8 years.

Great product. I use it for my photography/drone business, in the field. Very fast. The HDMI works well on the 50" tv to display video.

I bought this laptop for college because my old one just wasn't cutting it! The touchscreen works really well and its tablet feature is also really nice.

I am thrilled with the ease of switching from my old laptop to this new one. Set-up was an absolute piece of cake and the time involved was nothing like I thought it would be! The monitor is exactly the same size as my old one, but without a frame around all sides, it is much smaller for handling. I truly can't think of one negative thing about this purchase and by-the-way the packaging was excellent. It would take quite a jolt or mishandling to do ANY kind of damage to the laptop during transport.

I really like the touch screen, the number pad on the keyboard, and the fact that you can reverse fold it to display the screen for others to see.

Great value and great with going online school with my son. He likes it a lot. No complaints from him. The touch screen is nice.

I love this laptop. It’s the perfect laptop for someone who wants a touch screen, back lit keys, and a 2-in-1 but doesn’t know anything about computers.

Bought this laptop for my wife cuz her old one was to slow. She says this one is very fast on start up and is fast thru the programs!! A++
