Excellent laptop that provides great performance, speed and storage. This is the 2nd one we have purchased

This is a good box. It has a good CPU, from AMD which I have not had in some time. Best of all, it stores everything in RAM instead of on a hard-drive. This has improved its speed many times. Also, I am thankful for the great fingerprint reader it has. It save me from typing my OS password many times. Plus the case is all metal, which is a great thing also. The one downside is that the keyboard, while it lights via LED technology, it goes dark when you don’t use it for a short while. This needs to be improved.

We initially purchased the same model but there were some defects so we returned it. Best Buy customer service as amazing. We've never had any issues with computers from Best Buy before so we were surprised when we did but they took care of everything and were able to send us a new computer within days since they were out of stock. The second computer had no issues and we are very happy! This is why we like to buy computers from Best Buy. They stand behind their products and customer service is important to them.

It's a solid computer. Feels a little on the heavy side, but it's functional and does everything I need it to do. Compared to my previous laptop, things I've noticed about this one that are different: 1. Only one USB port. 2. Nice that there is a port for the smaller "C" type device plug-ins. 3. Fast and seamless interface. 4. Good speaker sound. 5. It's a matte-black finish on the exterior. I miss my silver finish on my previous HP. 6. Love the wide screen and number key pad.

Totally love this laptop. I like the fact that it's fast, picture is crystal clear, sound is high quality and the screen is a great size.

This laptop is visually very good looking style wise. It looks very premium. Looks aside the performance is very good. I highly recommend.

This laptop has a nice bright screen and is easy to use. The fold into a tablet feature with touchscreen is great. So far no issues.

Love backlit keyboard and finger imprint for entry. Learning curve to use touchscreen. Love that cover bends back completely.

The only difference between this computer and a high end gaming PC is a graphics card. The body is sleek and Has a high quality Finish , feels like of it were aluminum . I had to return it because the product came defective, it did not have a functioning microphone. I had tried all methods of fixing and even contacted HP, they told me to return it . They didn’t have any more so I could not get a replacement.

Sooo much faster than my old computer. Still have some things to learn, like where I can locate my USB device to safely eject.
