This laptop is a sleek and easy to use and the processor is pretty fast as well and so many other things but overall i recommend it.

The salesman that helped us in choosing our HP-Envy x360 Laptop was very professional and knowledgeable in response to any questions we asked him prior to our laptop purchase. He let us take our time in making our choice. In fact, we came back the next day to make the purchase. He was working in the Geek Squad and came over to help us! My wife and I choose the laptop we purchased based on answers he was able to provide, his professional nature, and research we had done prior to coming into Best Buy.

i wanted to love but was after more of a tablet experience so ended up not being quite for me however i was impressed with its performance, build quality, and overall design would have been great for someone looking for something more on the laptop side of a 2 n 1. its to bad for me i didnt much care for its weight in the position i like to use a tablet in which is typically laying down with the the tablet propped up on my chest.

Pros: -Great screen quality within this price range. Bright, has deep blacks and good color production. ( little yellowish light glowing from the bottom) -Solid-body quality -Good sound quality -Most of the time quiet and cool. -Can be charged from the type-c port Cons: -AMD processor can be lagging sometimes, I believe this issue will be solved with a firmware update. -No Type-C charger out of the box. It comes with a traditional charger.

I have owned this computer for two months now. I bought it on sale for under $600. I love the SSD hard drive. It boots up in less than 10 seconds. Once you have an SSD, you will never go back to a traditional hard drive. The AMD Ryzen 5 is solid. I have not noticed any lag with watching online videos or browsing. I do not do any heavy work with this computer (audio or video editing) so I can't really compare it with my desktop. Bottom line - if you are looking for a great computer at a good price, you wont be disappointed with the HP!

I purchased this laptop for school use. It has excellent features, touch screen, alexa built in and the memory is great.

This guy who helped us was a fountain of knowledge and he knew very well his craft, he really went above and beyond to help us make feel at ease with no rush kind of sale. He will asked us questions and depending on that will show us a variety of choices in different price ranges and you could tell he wasn’t reading it, HE KNEW ALL THE STATS of the variety of PCs. Younger guy with a name like Josuel or some kind of biblical name, an amazing asset for you to have. WOW WE STILL AMAZED by how well he did.

Great picture for video gaming. Plays sims very clear. Also plays rift great. Sometimes that game can be really laggy, but it's great.

Great laptop for working at home or on the go. I use it for games and editing photos I've taken. Great all around computer.
