This is my 3rd HP. I know it, it is easy to set up, and I get along with it. I dropped my last one, so I had to buy a new one. I had a problem with the screen on the one before. I wish they put a case on them like the phones, but oh, well. It is a mid priced computer and I have found them to be good for this old lady. I am not a newby to computers, but have not kept up with the newest and latest. I tried another brand for awhile and wound up trading back to my usual.

The Laptop is very good for what it is but for some reason les than a month into use it just started having random problems that made literally no since. Like one morning I woke up after doing homework and the sound just stopped working and I had to literally factory reset the computer?! Like what? Then after that the next day the keyboard stopped. What’s next the screen?

I use for work and it’s great. Reliable doesn’t ask for lots of updates and quick. Love the touch screen and screen size

Laptop can overheat very easily. Unfortunately happened after fourteen days of being able to exchange. Geek Squad recommended to either purchase a stand for laptop or send off to manufacturer. For a new laptop, as much as I spent, and in the middle of my semester taking upper level courses, it’s very inconvenient.
