This laptop is proving to be a great tool in communicating with family, friends, and business. It is fast and a truly quality product.

The Laptop is very good for what it is but for some reason les than a month into use it just started having random problems that made literally no since. Like one morning I woke up after doing homework and the sound just stopped working and I had to literally factory reset the computer?! Like what? Then after that the next day the keyboard stopped. What’s next the screen?

Just purchased this to replace a very old laptop. Works well right out of the box, and speed and memory are really good!

Is a most have for drawing, also photo, sound or video editing, (using a stylus pen). The only downside I have is the battery. My wife leave hers on after using it during the day and never shut it down for days and the battery still have enough charge. Mine only lasted a day with basic use (no heavy programs) and even for less time than her.

Got this for our pre teen daughter. She loves it and figured it out quickly. Nice display and she loves the touch screen.

I use for work and it’s great. Reliable doesn’t ask for lots of updates and quick. Love the touch screen and screen size

Laptop can overheat very easily. Unfortunately happened after fourteen days of being able to exchange. Geek Squad recommended to either purchase a stand for laptop or send off to manufacturer. For a new laptop, as much as I spent, and in the middle of my semester taking upper level courses, it’s very inconvenient.

I got this as an “Open-Box Excellent” condition during a sale event and we love it. The materials are resistant. We don’t overly use the touchscreen, but when we do, it has a super quick response! The finger print access is fast, and reliable. My favorite part is when it’s 8:58am and I have a Zoom meeting at 9am. I turn on the laptop, sign-in, open Zoom and access the meeting in less than 1 minute. Overall amazing fr the price since I know it will last for many years.

Christmas present for the wife to replace her old machine. She likes the touch screen and the size of this laptop.

I absolutely love the ease of use with this laptop. It has everything I need and want from the design, features, and system operations.

Love it! My teenager loves it even though she uses her iPad mostly. But since at home schooling she has used it a lot for essays

I bought this laptop in a hurry for work. I liked the overall design and color. I used it for a couple of weeks before giving it away as a present. 1. The screen tops out at only 255 nits. It's somewhat dim at it's highest brightness level. I don't like my screens to be super bright but this was not bright enough for me. 2. It's heavier than it looks. I didn't mind this too much because I'm a guy and have to be macho. But it's heavy if you're used to lighter laptops. 3. The power button is just another keyboard button on the top row. It's not like, a special kind of button on the side or anything. This wasn't much of an issue until one day when the computer would not power on. I attempted a hard reset but there was something not quite right about not having a special, distinct button for power. I kept long-pressing the power button and it wouldn't do the hard reset. It seemed like I was just pressing any other key on the keyboard. *I never knew what the issue was but the computer magically turned on the next day. (Wasn't an empty battery) I do like the privacy buttons for the camera and microphone. Very simple and handy. The fingerprint reader was pretty solid. I wanted to like this laptop but the issues described above were too much for me. I ended up giving it to a friend that needed a laptop.

A great computer that can change into a tablet. I love the touch screen and how fast it runs. I also like the finger print lock it has.

I've only had this laptop for 3 weeks but I am thoroughly enjoying using it and discovering the touch screen feature.

Purchased this laptop and have found it easy to use and convenient. Screen is a great size and the touch screen is easy to use.

The PC seems fine, I went with open box to save a little money for a laptop for my kids with the remote learning plans for this fall. I was surprised when I went to set up my son's account, to find this Geek Squad certified PC still had the user account on the machine from the original purchaser. Don't worry I deleted it, but it was surprising nonetheless.
