Bought this computer strictly to work on a campaign. Battery life is great, but audio and video go out randomly for no reason. I wouldn't recommend someone go with anything other than an Apple product, as this is my only laptop I've ever had that wasn't a Macbook. Having audio is so embarrassing when you're on a zoom meeting. Wish I could return it.

Love this laptop! Works great, no complaints. I run two monitors on it and everything works smooth and easy.

Iam going fro a computer with windows 7 to windows 10. Its quiet a change so still getting used to it. Computer is fast and easy to use.

Got this for my big Sis when she became an Independent Life Insurance Agent and she can't stop raving about the load of features and here satisfaction with this H/P Laptop. She needed a larger screen, long battery, lightweight, Alexa enabled, and desire touchscreen plus lighted keyboard . Now my turn after using here as a test trial guinea pig/lab rat . Thanks for Big Sis trying things first .

Purchased this laptop in August for my daughter who was heading to first year of college. She is doing virtual classes, but having the computer basically shut down during her third class is a problem. There is no excuse for this. It is obvious that HP knows of this problem if you google about it, their recommendations are insulting as well. They tell you to shut down apps or other software, to go to a cooler room, really? Her room is freezing already. She has it sitting on a wooden desk with nothing around it to block fans, she even raised it up to try to help, no luck. We will be returning this and getting something she can rely on for school.

My previous laptop was on life support and I had to pull the plug literally. It would not take another charge after 10years. I was nervous about purchasing this laptop but it has been nothing but easy to use and set up. I was able to keep my job without interference and complete my assignments I fell behind on due to the laptop situation. I highly recommend. I purchased the geek squad through best buy and I purchased the 3Y Care coverage that HP offered me for less than $60.

Love the touch screen. I have never had one before and works great. Makes moving around the screen a bree.

It was pretty easy to set this laptop up to use at home or the office. I love the touchscreen, it makes things a lot easier for me.
