I bought my new laptop about 2 months ago. It was great until about 4 days ago when it started overheating and shutting for no reason. I go a new laptop because my previous one was old and slow. Now I have to deal with this. I am going to have to deal with HP to try and figure out what the problem is. Wasn't planning to have to do this with a new PC.

Love the touch screen! The laptop is convenient, great quality & easy to use. The graphics are also really good.

This laptop is the best HP design I've ever seen. The configuration with Ryzen 4500u was already solid with and ssd and 2-in-1 specs. But putting two fans into a U series laptop created a difference. Fans work less and at a smaller rpm which makes the laptop much quieter than the competition. The metallic finish is also very sturdy and helps with heat dissipation. This is the coolest running HP I've ever used.

If you're looking far and wide for a 2in1 with efficient storage and speed, this one is for you. Perfection

A 10 year upgrade that was long overdue. Perfect laptop for students and casual gamers. It runs my sims 4 with all the expansions perfectly fine with no delays. And the screen is just beautiful in color. Battery life was definitely not the greatest which sucks on plane rides, but I tend to keep my laptop plugged in any other time.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for an OLD HP laptop that needed an internal fan replacement. When I say"old", I mean several, SEVERAL years old. Over the years I had to replace the battery umpteen times but, it never let me down. HOWEVER, I was advised by my salesperson NOT to expect this same longevity with this NEW HP (nor any other brand for that matter)… It seems the newer laptops have a "life expectancy" of about three years. Isn't that GRAND?!

Nice mid range laptop for everyday use, fast, easy to use with a couple of nice bells and whistles.

This laptop replaces my outdated HP that I had for 8 years. This one is lightening fast compared to the old.

I purchased this after having two non Envy HP laptops that had an Intel processor which were much faster, but the fan noise was unacceptable and system programs kept locking up. Geek Squad said they could not fix after having each of them for only 3 days. The Envy display goes black once in a while, specifically when getting out of an email. Not sure why...

This is a great laptop. Durable, fast and easy to use. Great touch screen. Very useful for home, school and work.

I love it so far I had to download alot of updates but they are well worth it laptop runs good battery life is ok.
