I got this laptop because I was told the processor was great, the ram was good, and it wouldn’t overheat as easily as my last laptop. I use it pretty much every day for work related things and so far it has been amazing. I didn’t even realize it could be a tablet until a week after I got the laptop. I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone.

A 10 year upgrade that was long overdue. Perfect laptop for students and casual gamers. It runs my sims 4 with all the expansions perfectly fine with no delays. And the screen is just beautiful in color. Battery life was definitely not the greatest which sucks on plane rides, but I tend to keep my laptop plugged in any other time.

Bought this computer last minute, my wife spilled water over the laptop I bought her a few years ago and she needed on ASAP to work from home. Purchased it online at 8:30ish and the wonderful people at my local Best Buy has it ready as soon as they opened at 10:00. A quick curbside pickup and drive back home and my wife was logged on and back to work!

I upgraded a chromebook with this 2-in-1. I must say that although it has more whistles and bells, it is also more difficult to use than the HP chromebook. So if you are not willing to take the time to learn how to use it, you will be frustrated. And so I brought this back and bought an apple instead as I am not willing to take the time to learn something new. If you are not used to apple products, then this would be perfect for you.

I have had no issue with the laptop. The load time is very fast as one would expect for SSD. Coming from an older HDD laptop, the load time IS EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE. I mostly use it for school assignments and so I use Word very often. I do not play games on it so I cannot speak to performance for activities outside of Word, Excel and PPT. I recommend.

For basic internet and Office needs, this does the job. And surely can't complain about the price.

Work well with my school assignments. It has the ability to turn into a tablet and it is super thin. It has a full size keyboard with the number pad, which that help me when I am typing fast. The additional security feature ( finger print) that is a plus when I want immediately get access to what I was working on. It has also a privacy camera switch and that allow you to control the webcam.

This laptop does even more than I hoped it would. Super fast and easy to use. Love it.

Purchased this computer 1 month and 2 weeks ago brand new from Best Buy. Since they didn't have one instore, they shipped it to my house. Received it, and charged it overnight before messing with it. Picked it up the following morning and it was hot to the touch. Tried to turn it on, it did but was super slow. Ever since then this thing will overheat either plugged in or running on battery, turned on or off or even using it! I have to sit it in front of an open window to cool it down enough for it to turn on.I've also noticed that the battery life is poorly as well on this computer. I can run it fully charged for an hour, and it would be down below 50%. There's also a screw up with the audio jack on the side as well. I plugged several pairs of headphones into this thing thinking that there was something wrong with my actual first pair, but in all reality was that it's the actual audio jack. I plugged them in, and the music would still play through the speakers on the computer. I contacted the store I bought this from, and they put me through to Geek Squad. The wait hold on the phone with them was well over an hour since I can't take it back to the store due to the COVID-19. I then reached out to HP, tried to do the online chat and was disconnected several times. I'm afraid that I'm stuck with this piece of junk and still making payments on my credit card :(
