I upgraded a chromebook with this 2-in-1. I must say that although it has more whistles and bells, it is also more difficult to use than the HP chromebook. So if you are not willing to take the time to learn how to use it, you will be frustrated. And so I brought this back and bought an apple instead as I am not willing to take the time to learn something new. If you are not used to apple products, then this would be perfect for you.

I purchased this laptop for school and I also use it with my Cricut for crafts. The laptop is very sleek and clean looking. I've never used a laptop that has a Ryzen processor but so far everything works really well and I have no complaints. The 360 touch screen is perfect for my crafts and the sound and camera are great for virtual school and for any college student in general. Definitely a great laptop for a low price.

For basic internet and Office needs, this does the job. And surely can't complain about the price.

Purchased this computer 1 month and 2 weeks ago brand new from Best Buy. Since they didn't have one instore, they shipped it to my house. Received it, and charged it overnight before messing with it. Picked it up the following morning and it was hot to the touch. Tried to turn it on, it did but was super slow. Ever since then this thing will overheat either plugged in or running on battery, turned on or off or even using it! I have to sit it in front of an open window to cool it down enough for it to turn on.I've also noticed that the battery life is poorly as well on this computer. I can run it fully charged for an hour, and it would be down below 50%. There's also a screw up with the audio jack on the side as well. I plugged several pairs of headphones into this thing thinking that there was something wrong with my actual first pair, but in all reality was that it's the actual audio jack. I plugged them in, and the music would still play through the speakers on the computer. I contacted the store I bought this from, and they put me through to Geek Squad. The wait hold on the phone with them was well over an hour since I can't take it back to the store due to the COVID-19. I then reached out to HP, tried to do the online chat and was disconnected several times. I'm afraid that I'm stuck with this piece of junk and still making payments on my credit card :(

Love the touch screen and the tablet mode. Works great for homework and for play!

Great computer for the price. The AMD processer is awesome. The computer starts up very quickly.

So far I have been very pleased with my new laptop. I don't use the touch-screen feature so I cannot rate that. Mainly I use the laptop for my work and I am very satisfied with the computer speed. The screen is a good size and clarity. I have successfully used it for zoom meetings.

The soft ware is different then what I have been used to and have a received popups, warnings, reminders for updates that I must research for legitimacy before acting upon. Have had difficulty maneuvering sites and settings. Manual is hard to find on line and technical in nature. Computer speed and agility is good but software hard to manage for an average Joe without some guidance besides a startup manual.

Very nice an sleek, does everything I need it to. And love the backlighting in the keyboard.

Purchased this laptop at a great price on a 1 day sale with the intention to upgrade the RAM and the SSD. Upon setting up the laptop I saw the power that the new Ryzen processors have. Was really impressed for what I spent. Ended up doubling the RAM to 16gb and installed a 1GB NVME SSD and made it extremely fast. Very happy with the purchase.
