Got this for my wife for Xmas, she loves it, great computer. Great looking. Light weight.

Was replacing a laptop I loved but it's OS was 9 years old and beginning to go. I managed to bring over most programs from my external hard drive but - VERY disappointed that there seems to be no cd drive to load programs that didn't come over completely. Photoshop and Microsoft Office specifically. Will not pay for Office when I already own it on my previous system. Photoshop is old but good. Do NOT want the version that has to be online and part of a subscription. I paid for it once and am happy with the version I had. Not being able to have those on my new system has taken a bit of the blush off the new purchase. The screen is nice but the mouse pad is not great. It seems to be ridiculously responsive on one hand so that I have to be VERY careful what I touch - then in another second - it doesn't seem to recognize that I am touching it at all. Quite frustrating. It will get more comfortable but had higher hopes for it. Am using Open office for now but haven't found a solution for loading the Photoshop program cds yet. As a photographer - this is my biggest disappointment.

This is a great computer. I also love how you can turn the backlight on the keyboard on and off.

Easy to use and love the screen size. Use it for gaming mostly but able to complete every day tasks as well.

Little heavy than I thought it would be but still ok. Love the touch screen. Light up keyboard.

I love my new HP. very easy to set up and I love the speed. Would highly recommend this laptop.

My daughter loves using it for homework plus her sims game. The lighting is great and battery life is awesome

I had finally gotten to the point of needing to replace my laptop. While having specific requirements in mind and desires that I had grown use to I went on search. With the help of a specialist we were able to get everything I was looking for plus a few other extras. I am happy with the purchase and looking forward to being completely emerge in my HP gadgets.

Had all I wanted, except that the system could not find the microphone, and still can't. Have to Zoom through a telephone until I can give it up for a couple of days. BB Geek squad said I have to bring into the store because they can't fix it online (possible hard drive problem). Thought this would be problem free.

After being routinely advised by knowledgeable friends and colleagues over the years to avoid HP, the store associate explained the differences, the features, and helped us compare our options. Needed a new laptop for my college-bound son and after all of the helpful information we selected this one based on the store associate's information. My son loves it. Fast. Convenient numeric keypad. "Looks cool". Good value. I'd consider one for myself.

Great lap top. Super easy to use and very fast. It practically sets itself up for use.

This seams to be a nice little laptop. The color is nice. The keypad for some reason seams to just not fit my fingers properly and I find myself mistyping often. This is probably do to the fact that I type on a desktop each day at work though. The screen gives a lot of glare and I struggle with that. I have to admit that I only use it for paying bills and reading emails.
