Bought as a Christmas gift and they love it. Fast and will be used for school purposes.

So far it's been running well for my daily uses. Playing games are kinda smooth but overall decent.

Works great. Fast, the light up keyboard is a big plus. Great battery life.

This seams to be a nice little laptop. The color is nice. The keypad for some reason seams to just not fit my fingers properly and I find myself mistyping often. This is probably do to the fact that I type on a desktop each day at work though. The screen gives a lot of glare and I struggle with that. I have to admit that I only use it for paying bills and reading emails.

Great lap top. Super easy to use and very fast. It practically sets itself up for use.

I am so amazed with this laptop, because I am a Apple user, and did not expect this product to be anything near an Apple product. I am so happy that I took a chance with this laptop, because it went way over my expectations, and was a great buy for everyday use, and my school work. The screen is amazing and bright and big. I am in love with the backlight, and the sound. I think this was an great pick for the price.

First I want to Thank Chris at the Rivergate Store who assisted me for this purchase. My first HP laptop and I love it. This was a replacement laptop my old one gave out at the wrong time. I wanted something that wouldn't drain my pockets ... Chris who assisted me gave the pros and cons of this laptop and another brand that I have trusted for so long. I chose the HP Envy and I am very happy I did......

Went in for a laptop and walked out with a excellent HP touch screen LT. Love it!!!

I bought this laptop a few days before my college classes started. Up until that point, everything was great. However, when my classes started I realized that there is a huge problem with the speaker and microphone system when using web-conference apps (Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate, Google Meet, etc.). During a call, the speaker and mic would stop working, and sometimes there is a high-pitched screeching sound coming from the speakers. The operating system and the drivers are all up-to-date. The HP Support have not been able to figure out the root of this problem. My friend has the Intel model of ENVY x360 and he hasn't had any problems. I guees the main root of the problem is the AMD chip.

Love the touch screen and tablet mode. Very thin and lightweight unlike my last laptop.
