Easy to use and love the screen size. Use it for gaming mostly but able to complete every day tasks as well.

Had all I wanted, except that the system could not find the microphone, and still can't. Have to Zoom through a telephone until I can give it up for a couple of days. BB Geek squad said I have to bring into the store because they can't fix it online (possible hard drive problem). Thought this would be problem free.

I am so amazed with this laptop, because I am a Apple user, and did not expect this product to be anything near an Apple product. I am so happy that I took a chance with this laptop, because it went way over my expectations, and was a great buy for everyday use, and my school work. The screen is amazing and bright and big. I am in love with the backlight, and the sound. I think this was an great pick for the price.

I had an excellent experience, made an appointment, had a polite young man that took care of me and helped me chose the best laptop for my needs. So far this HP Envy 360 is great, I am currently learning all the new software. I had an old HP with windows 7 so I have a lot to learn. I did purchase the Tech Support in case I need assistance.

Super fast! The Full HD is incredible. Surprised by the 6 cores, compared to the the i5.

Does the good and pretty fast a tad bit pricey but u get what you pay for

I had finally gotten to the point of needing to replace my laptop. While having specific requirements in mind and desires that I had grown use to I went on search. With the help of a specialist we were able to get everything I was looking for plus a few other extras. I am happy with the purchase and looking forward to being completely emerge in my HP gadgets.

I bought this laptop a few days before my college classes started. Up until that point, everything was great. However, when my classes started I realized that there is a huge problem with the speaker and microphone system when using web-conference apps (Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate, Google Meet, etc.). During a call, the speaker and mic would stop working, and sometimes there is a high-pitched screeching sound coming from the speakers. The operating system and the drivers are all up-to-date. The HP Support have not been able to figure out the root of this problem. My friend has the Intel model of ENVY x360 and he hasn't had any problems. I guees the main root of the problem is the AMD chip.

Wife loves this laptop. Battery life is no joke. Build is good.
