The hp laptop is super nice.... so fast and swift... I love it.Thank you Best Buy.

Even though I'm not very proficient with computers as are many people today, I've learned there are many qualities in this new HP computer that are better than my previous HP computer. The hinges are more durable , the screen flips over to become a tablet , the computer itself is much lighter in weight, and it was about half the price as my first HP computer that I purchased from Best Buy in March 2013.

Been looking for several years for the right laptop for me, to take when I travel and that I could also use if my PC should give out. After much conferring with Consumer Reports I came up with this one. And after I found it at Best Buy and knowing I had "MY" Geek squad backing me up to set it up the way I wanted, I am feeling much more secure.

This computer works perfectly well. It starts right up, it's fast and snappy, has a great looking screen that can also serve as a tablet, and overall looks and feels great. I honestly do not see any reason to pay more for a different computer if you are just a normal person who uses a computer for normal everyday use. This honestly works great and does absolutely everything a normal user would need very very well.

Great laptop for what I need it for. Super fast and I love the finger print reader.

So far so good. I bought this for my son as he’s doing remote learning this year and so far we don’t have any complaints. He’s able to keep up with his school work and move in between the various programs they have the students using. He also loves the ease of playing his computer games. He opted for the bigger screen because he’s a bigger kid lol in his words. But I would recommend this product.

I purchased for my 14 year old and she loves it! The speed, clarity, and everything.

I’m quite satisfied with my new laptop overall. Be warned that it doesn’t come with Microsoft Office (unless you purchase it yourself). Very handy if you want to do some writing, work, or watch a show, unplugged for a little bit. It has a pretty good battery life, too. Touch-screen is a bit sensitive, of course, but to each their own.

I am changing from a Windows 7 desktop to this Windows 10 laptop so I am having a bit of a time getting used to it and finding just how to navigate it and what it will do. I know that when I use it a bit more I will love it. It is beautiful and I can take it where I need to go. It has many features I have not had before so I will have to find my way around it and how to best use it. I am very happy with it.
