ZOOM USERS BEWARE!!

During Zoom meetings, the computer freezes, while the audio and mic go out, followed by an incredibly loud buzzing noise that only stops when the computer is shut down. We spent countless hours working with both HP technicians and trying fixes that other users recommended, only to have the problem continue (sporadically, which made it even more anxiety-producing, as we were never quite sure when it would happen) with more meetings disrupted. (Please read the other 1 star reviews!) We spent over 2 frustrating months dealing with this, including approximately 7 hours on hold trying to actually talk with live people at Best Buy. Finally, we were given store credit for the return of the computer. To conclude, this seemed like a very good, solid computer apart from this huge defect with Zoom. We were sorry to have had to get rid of it and look for another. If you never plan on using it for Zoom calls, you will likely be happy with this computer.

Great laptop design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally bought a used HP envy with an AMD Ryzen 5 processor but the screen was cracked so I exchanged it for a new one but they only had the Intel 5 models in stock. I preferred the Ryzen processor but am satisfied with the i5 maybe try to keep all models in stock, especially when you have the Ryzen model displayed but not in stock, otherwise great product.

It is extremely easy to use. Set up was done in the store by Geek Squad so when I started up the computer (which is SUPER QUICK), all my most used applications were there and ready to go. The touch screen works well and most apps even recognize my handwriting. Great product!
