Horrible for Students

She has been using it the last 5 months now and is having several problems with it. It keeps freezing on her, she is constantly rebooting and now the camera no longer works. I bought the 1 year Geek Squad protection and they have not been able to help me due to the COVID-19 and now she's stuck with a laptop that doesn't work. And she is still trying to do distant learning...

High quality laptop

However it's a little cumbersome at 15.6 to use as a tablet. Beautiful looking machine though, well organized keyboard. One negative is the excessive light bleed around the backlit keys, unless you're looking straight down at it.

With Vengeance 2400 mhz 8gb x 2 cards. Easy to install, the only tricky part is removing the rubber strips covering the screws. The 2 strips do come off very carefully. The firmware needed updating but it installed without a hitch. The fingerprint reader for quick access is very nice feature too. Overall I give this laptop a 5 stars rating!! .
