A really great laptop. Runs really smoothly and the touch screen doesn’t have any issues

Nice laptop. I upgraded the ram to 16 gb. With Vengeance 2400 mhz 8gb x 2 cards. Easy to install, the only tricky part is removing the rubber strips covering the screws. The 2 strips do come off very carefully. The firmware needed updating but it installed without a hitch. The fingerprint reader for quick access is very nice feature too. Overall I give this laptop a 5 stars rating!! .

PROS 1. Great size if you like a big screen. 2. Great sound. 3.Love the Black Matte Color. 4.love how you can play with the brightness of the screen right on the keyboard and have touch ID. 5. Its above an i5 CONS 1. Camera sucks for a modern computer. 2.the backlit keyboard its good until nighttime because the light spills iver and it hurts your eyes. 3.for some reason if you put the computer to sleep and not shut it off completely it freezes. 4.you are going to have to download the wifi drivers to make the computer stay on wifi and not disconnect every 5 seconds and even at that it does it once in a while. 5. Battery life could be better especially if you are going to use it for school/business. FYI. I dont wanna say its a great beginner computer because its over $600. A beginner computer should be atleast 300 or less but at $730 this computer should be working with no problem. It is a ryzen and not an intel that in its self is a bug difference.

I am extremely pleased with my new laptop. Battery life could be a little better. It's great if you don't use it for anything big but I use my laptop for Zoom and Microsoft teams meeting for work and school and constantly need to charge it in the middle of the day despite being told the battery would be able to handle the constant use.

Fast, reliable and lightweight and love that it has a 10 keypad as well.

Can't complain, it's a mid-level computer that does what I need it to do.

I Had to buy the new version of Geek Squad coverage and was told I would receive a prorated refund, since I had recently auto renewed them both. I've enjoyed the product so far. It performs consistently well. I can rely on the laptop every time I start it. The size of the screen is perfectly large, giving a sharp, clear picture. Processing time is fast. The only drawback is not having the instructions with the device (as a part of it being an "Open Box Buy").
