Love this HP does everything and plays lots of games with the RYZEN 5

Faster computer for my daughter, hopefully it lasts 5 years

Works good, picture is crystal clear, fast and has excellent speed.

PROS 1. Great size if you like a big screen. 2. Great sound. 3.Love the Black Matte Color. 4.love how you can play with the brightness of the screen right on the keyboard and have touch ID. 5. Its above an i5 CONS 1. Camera sucks for a modern computer. 2.the backlit keyboard its good until nighttime because the light spills iver and it hurts your eyes. 3.for some reason if you put the computer to sleep and not shut it off completely it freezes. 4.you are going to have to download the wifi drivers to make the computer stay on wifi and not disconnect every 5 seconds and even at that it does it once in a while. 5. Battery life could be better especially if you are going to use it for school/business. FYI. I dont wanna say its a great beginner computer because its over $600. A beginner computer should be atleast 300 or less but at $730 this computer should be working with no problem. It is a ryzen and not an intel that in its self is a bug difference.

I got the HP ENVY for Christmas. It is exactly what I was looking forward to. The keyboard is a little different from my old desk top, but I'm getting used to it. I'm late 70's and had Geek Squad copy my favorites from old one onto this new one. They did a good job. Overall I am happy with this purchase. Easy to use, keys light up, what more could you want?

Fast, reliable and lightweight and love that it has a 10 keypad as well.

I am extremely pleased with my new laptop. Battery life could be a little better. It's great if you don't use it for anything big but I use my laptop for Zoom and Microsoft teams meeting for work and school and constantly need to charge it in the middle of the day despite being told the battery would be able to handle the constant use.

I have used HP products for some time and have no problems. This machine was easy to set up, I did not need to use Best Buy’s technical support. The touch screen is taking some getting used to but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

My son wanted this computer for gaming!!! He says it’s a great computer.

love my new little laptop! Though I am unhappy I have not received the prorated refund for Geek Squad Coverage/WebRoot. I Had to buy the new version of Geek Squad coverage and was told I would receive a prorated refund, since I had recently auto renewed them both.
