    love my new little laptop! Though I am unhappy I have not received the prorated refund for Geek Squad Coverage/WebRoot. I Had to buy the new version of Geek Squad coverage and was told I would receive a prorated refund, since I had recently auto renewed them both. I would appreciate contact regarding this AND the refunds to my cc. please and thank you

    Max and Millie and some of your other Geek squad people are great....Max went over and beyond to help us and never seemed bothered by all my questions.This is Robin Graham not Paul he liked everyone but I dealt with them more...:) Outstanding job they all do....Max might be sorry he has us for the year Ha!!! Thinking of continuing our security with Geek squad when our year is up....

    I've enjoyed the product so far. It performs consistently well. I can rely on the laptop every time I start it. The size of the screen is perfectly large, giving a sharp, clear picture. Processing time is fast. The only drawback is not having the instructions with the device (as a part of it being an "Open Box Buy").

    Great build quality. The anodized aluminum shell is well executed with easy conversion to a tablet mode. That works very smoothly, in spite of the relatively large display. I'm pleased with the illuminated keyboard and the on board numeric key pad. Amazing that all the features fit in this half inch thick form factor. It's not especially cheap but I think it's a lot of bang for the bucks.
