    A very helpful and knowledgeable employee helped me pick this laptop out about a month ago, and I basically haven't put it down yet. It's sleek and easy to use. The fingerprint sensor to log in and use card information is nice, and so is the touch screen as well as the way it's able to bend in every direction. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    My labtop broke and won't u know it,it happen on black friday.So i took a chance and went to best buy,the labtop that was advertised would have taken 2 days to get.So i talked to the sales person, this guy new his stuff they r lucky to have him.Any way i bought a different one that was a better fit for me,and happy with it,thanks to him.Thanks

    I love hp products. All 3 laptops I hv had are ALL HP. I love the security features when attempting to login. The keyboard backlights are amazing especially because I have small children and I get assignments done at night. I don’t hv to wake them with a over head light or an lamp. I’m just pleased with it overall. The best one out of the three that I have purchased.

    Great laptop, very ergonomic, features are amazing and capacity, only problem I find on it , it’s that it’s way too heavy, I needed something to be able to take to school, carry on and back home but It’s really heavy and probably too big, should go for something smaller, other than that it’s a great piece of equipment.
