I set the unit up myself so it works the way I want it. I have a problem with the fact that HP already loaded McCaffery antivirus on it which is incompatible with with the service I already had paid for on all my units. I was able to use my Best Buy reward zone credits toward the purchase of the laptop. So I had $125 off .

Working 3 jobs from home. My PC suddenly crashed so I needed to purchase a replacement that my IT guy could make ready within 1-2 days max. This model was the only PC I could pick up curbside within 48 hours. Turned over to IT guy to transfer Quickbooks & other critical software from crashed PC. Took him ** 3 DAYS ** to perform required updates to brand new HP PC before he could even begin addressing transfer of Quickbooks & other software to new PC. I would love to have had more choices but was forced to purchase this model because it was the only one available for curbside pickup in short time frame. Would not buy again. PS: if you’re looking all over the place for the “power on” button: it is NOT on the left hand edge of the keyboard as shown on YouTube. It’s a barely visible key on the top row of keyboard. Good luck. So far I’m not impressed.

My husband is not an Apple fan. He’s been wanting a laptop. After doing quite a bit of research. I decided on this one. Easy to set up resolution is great. He and my son play games on it and they say graphics are awesome. I personally haven’t used it as I’m an Apple fan.. they each would like their own, so i will be getting for as a Christmas gift for one of them.

Purchased this computer on sale for kids School. Good computer for games but kids noticed when computer is plugged and on zoom something inside rumbles and makes loud noises and shuts down. Now they have to leave computer unplugged for zoom.

We purchased this laptop for our daughter. With online classes it has been awesome. The speed is great and she is able to stay active in all her Google meet classes. The cost was a little more than I had planned to speed but with the features it is really and investment that she will be able to use for a long long time.
