The one goofy thing that HP did on this computer is put the ON/OFF button in the middlish of the keys on the top row. Makes it basically impossible to turn on computer when it is dark. Otherwise a good computer so far.

It was super easy to set up! Love the touch screen.

Works very well so far. Had a few early software issues, Letters were showing on the screen uncontrollably without me touching the keyboard. Restarted the PC a few times and seems fine now. The Envy is a a good value for the money. Chose the Envy because it had the AMD chipset.

Works great, best computer I have had. I will always own an Envy. Small problem, the screen cracked - not sure how. I went away for the weekend, came home, opened it up, and it was cracked. On phone now. I did get the extended warranty, so I hope it is covered.

Work really food and is super fast. Very quiet and easy to use

I've had this computer for a few months now. It works just fine 90% of the time, but there are some things that REALLY make me wish I'd have gone with another computer. 1. The rubber, non-stick strips on the bottom of the computer, have BOTH come off. The first one starting lifting in late July (not even a month after I bought the computer). 2. The touchpad seems to get stuck when I try to right click. I don't know why or how this happens. 3. I'm slightly afraid to flip the screen into tablet mode, as it already seems that the brackets holding the screen are getting a little loose. Sometimes when I put the screen in an upright position, it shifts (just a little).....making me worry about using the tablet feature often. 4. I've also had to force shut the computer down 3 times already.

we already had a problem the internal mic stopped working after and windows update had to reinstall the mic driver to get working again rest of it working good Cortana started working again zoom doesn't work on it google duo dose

Computer works well from a processing speed and has good screen resolution. Took a little time to adjust to the keyboard, since the keys are set up more like a keyboard than a laptop keypad. But overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I love that it also turn into a tablet. It works great and I absolutely love it. I wish it would have come with a stylus pen but it didn’t. It is absolutely awesome and I wouldn’t trade it for another one.
