So far so good. I bought this laptop because it was the same as my other laptop (just with the number pad on the keyboard) because my other lap top is getting the screen repaired and it would not be available for 4-6 weeks. It was easy to set up and everything in the cloud transferred over with no issues.

I needed a laptop that could handle numerous open tabs and videos playing so that I can run my news site. This does the job. One minor issue I have is that the backlit keyboard only stays on for a short time. If you're in a dark room, you have to hit a key (that you can't see) first to wake it up.

I bought the laptop for my wife as a gift. She loves it!!

Completely adequate for normal daily use. Runs warm when playing simple games, like Sims 4, but doesn't struggle to do so. Black shows all the finger prints so a silver option with the same specs would have been nice.

I like the large screen and backlit keys. The picture is crisp. I haven't tested the battery life to its extent, but was told 8 hours battery life. Cosmetically, I don't care for the body - it's cold and metal feeling, and masculine. I probably will hold up well. I would have liked a bit more style in the appearance of the laptop.

I gave it a five star because of the good reviews that I have read. We have not used this item yet because it was bought for a graduation gift which graduation is still a month away but I'm sure with the great reviews I have read about this item I'm sure this item will be great. Thank you

Works great, best computer I have had. I will always own an Envy. Small problem, the screen cracked - not sure how. I went away for the weekend, came home, opened it up, and it was cracked. On phone now. I did get the extended warranty, so I hope it is covered.

Easy to use. I really love it. Touch screen works awesome.

The laptop is great for school and fast and easy to use.

Within a week of owning this laptop, I started having all sorts of issues. I asked for a replacement and I haven't had any issues with the second one! I like this laptop and it's features a lot and am glad it worked out.

Best option for the price. The numeric keypad is very helpful if you are on the road and specially if you work in accounting. There is another model with silver keys, but for better visibility with black keyboard is the best option, more when the keys are illuminated white. Decent power and full size ports.

Awesome computer with awesome touch screen capabilities!

I simply needed a good laptop to support my personal business and my contracting work. This laptop has been great so far. Very fast processor, great graphics and I love having the ability to use this as a tablet as well. Great computer so far.

I bought this computer for school on 8/10/2020. I picked it up a week later. I used it on Monday for zoom. It worked okay. Tuesday the issues started. People on zoom telling I can’t hear you. I checked the microphone and audio. On Wednesday the back of computer was a bit loud . Slow to process and more issues with Zoom. ( microphone and audio) Thursday the audio still had issues . Started freezing . On Friday, the computer froze during a zoom call. Computer Attempting to shut down . I had to force a hard shut down so the loud screeching from back would stop. I returned it on that Friday . Very disappointed that I spent almost $800 on it . I would avoid this laptop as this seems to be common problem upon reading the reviews.

Works well and fast enough for daily task. However after some time of use, the track pad gets less reactive and the click control is at times not responsive. Unfortunately its out of the warranty period. Still working though. Got it on sale.

Computer works well from a processing speed and has good screen resolution. Took a little time to adjust to the keyboard, since the keys are set up more like a keyboard than a laptop keypad. But overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this laptop because I haven’t had one in years. It runs very fast, but it heats up really easily, though not a problem for me. Very responsive and would recommend to anyone in need of a new laptop. Battery life is also decent as well and the privacy switch is very useful. Touch ID is very responsive and quick!
