Its only been a week but I'm really enjoying this 2-in-1. Great laptop! Only downfall id say is the battery life. My child uses it for Google class meets and the battery drops 25% every hour. 4 hour battery life... not cool. I think I'll be contacting geek squad.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a computer with a solid state hard drive but, I am a believer. It has worked without a problem. I was a bit doubtful wither a storage drive with less than one terrabite of storage would be enough but that doubt has evaporated. I would recommend this system to anyone.

I love my new laptop. It’s smaller, lighter weight and easy to use. It has many new features since the last laptop I owned. It was very easy to follow on screen instructions for easy set up. Easily located both of my printers with no problem. Very pleased wit my new laptop.

I enjoy my new computer. I still have to get used to it though. I use a couple different languages and the secondary language disappears now and then from the task bar. I Still have to figure that one out. My outlook account does not accept my password and I know it is correct.

We purchased this to replace a broken iPad and absolutely love this laptop. The wife can use it as a tablet (like the iPad) but we also have a docking station that we have two monitors connected to.

I really liked this computer. Its thin and sleek and the screen quality is very impressive. I really liked the design of the keys and back, its not just your typical run of the mill gray laptop. For the size is pretty light, so I'd recommend a case for sure. Its been great for school!

Love the laptop. Able to access Google quickly. Speed is like my cell. Easy to use. The resolution is beautiful. Only one thing I wished it had was key lights. Keys are a bit dark. However an awesome choice for the price.

What the heck HP. Why do you screw up drivers so easily? My webcam suddenly stopped working and I had to spend hours to get it updated correctly no thanks to you HP. The PC overall is still pretty great. Though I don't plan to buy PCs from HP ever again.

This laptop is easy to use. However, I lost the use of the keyboard last week and had to take it in for an adjustment. My lack of computer knowledge may be the reason I have difficulty using my printer with the laptop. I need to talk to Geek Squad again!

I have had more trouble with this device since I bought it--the microphone and camera keep working on and off constantly. I am very frustrated with its performance. Sometimes the speed is too slow as well.

very nice laptop only reason I deducted a star is because there are times when the touchscreen function kind of makes the cursor stay in one spot but i just touch the screen and it goes back to normal.

I like it very much. Sleek and clean looking. Still getting set up and learning how to use all features. Transferring information and setting up files has been easier then expected I am very pleased with my purchase, esp.with the black Friday deal.

This laptop is very glitchy. Sometimes the fingerprint reader works, sometimes it doesn't, and I have to restart the computer to get it to function again. Sometimes the mousepad doesn't work properly. I often times have trouble connecting to the internet, when no other computers or devices in my home are having that problem. I should have returned it before the 15 day window closed. That was my mistake, so now I'm stuck with it. I am typing this review on my lenovo chromebook, because once again my HP Envy laptop is not connecting to the internet. I do not recommend this laptop.

When my old computer needed service, it takes 2 months, I was in a quandary as to what to replace it with. Fortunately it was black Friday and with the help of comparing various laptops in Best Buys website I was able to find the one I wanted and am very satisfied with it.

Got this for school and love it! I love the fact that when im reading it can turn into a tablet and then when i need to type i can flip it back. I was worried about it breaking from flipping back and forth, but so far its been fine and no sign of wear.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. It is light, cool, firm and lasts most of the day. It is for college and will be up to the job. The only downside is that it doesn't seem to accept pen/stylus input but does accept fingers. Haven't tried a passive stylus with those rubber tips to see if those will work.

My review of the purchase is in my opinion it is a nice computer, a bit larger than I wanted to purchase, but over all it is nice. Love the touch screen and how you can make tent status with it.

Boots up really fast. biggest thing is the Battery does not last very long. Keys are not backlit or if it does, have not figured out how to activate. just used to higher end laptops. Next time will go back to all the bells and whistles. I like having a CD drive in a laptop.

Its fast and has no stutters. The fingerprint scanner has been a little buggy but it works most times. The screen has wide viewing angles and good color accuracy. The speakers are amazing. They get loud and have bass and accurate audio Overall this system works well and does as expected.

Lightweight, easy to use although I haven't used the "tablet" function but have used the touchscreen option - doesn't require much of a touch. It processes very fast. Great laptop for a great price! Bought it on sale!
