I love everything about my laptop. It does all my basic needs of emails and netflix and then tickles my hobbyist artist little heart. I wish there was a switch for turning off the keyboard when its in tablet mode but other then that its perfect.

Laptop is amazing; best laptop I've purchsed!!!!! Is a must have if you are seeking a laptop that has a big screen, magnificent high definition screen, double functions (convert into a laptop or tablet), and many, many more amazing features. I recommend it to all!!!!

Rudygar did a great job of telling of the features and function of this laptop that we purchased for our granddaughter who graduated from high school and headed to college. The Geek squad set it up for her quickly and efficiently. Grace has been very happy with her new laptop at Troy University.

I’m still working on getting it set-up exactly the way I want, but so far I’ve been able to so with no professional help. Since I’m retired, and not using the laptop for work, I’ve been able to take time for the setup. Extremely satisfied with the ease of use so far.

I upgraded to this computer because my previous computer was Windows 7 and it was no longer being supported. The Best Buy team helped me make an informed decision. My new HP Envy is easy to operate and meets all of my needs. It was definitely the right computer for the right price.

It was so easy to set this laptop up and get going with the everything. The only negative thing that I've noticed that was mentioned by others is the battery life. I can wear it down in an evening if not plugged in. But really this is not a problem because I can easily plug it in when needed.

I’ve only had this computer for a month. Haven’t had time to fully explore its options, would like tutorials to be part of the purchase & 1 year warranty should be enclosed in the purchase price. They are so expensive that it should be covered without having to pay for it.

After a over a year of use, I’d say the laptop is very reliable and has held up well. The battery life isn’t stellar and surprisingly worse than an Apple product. The audio and visual experience is top notch and I can’t complain.

The HP Envy has exceeded all my expectations, even more now that I have had the opportunity to get familiar with it. With the fact that I am going back to school it nearly perfect. The sales staff was helpful without being pushy. I would definitely do it all over again but maybe not real soon.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use at college. So far she has only used it at home, but she really likes it. It's light, easy to use and tablet mode is going to be very useful when she gets to school.

this is great for school work and basic web surfing and the alike. I do not particularly like the TouchPad. When I right click 90% of time I accidentally left click before I can select my option. Definitely would recommend using an actual mouse.

The first one I purchased, I used it as a tablet and the web cam stopped working. I got another one and it has been working great, but I haven't used it as a tablet. I'm nervous, but overall great laptop.

I needed to replace an existing computer. The salesclerk was so helpful in helping me narrow down my search. My questions were answered along with him finding out what my needs are. The final decision was made on my preference between two computers. I walked away with a computer that I love.

This is a work laptop. It’s nice but has some glitches that bother me. Will jump to a different screen suddenly. May be operator error, but I haven’t figured out how it happens yet. I personally would purchase for myself but it works for an office laptop.

Love this laptop! Works amazing, no complaints at all. Use this for personal and business work and performs quickly and no lag. Bough a Chromebook and took it back for this device as it syncs perfectly with my Samsung Note 10+ and other devices too. Highly recommended device!

I resisted buying a new laptop because I dislike having to relearn how to use one when I am comfortable with the old one. However, it was time for a new one. The setup and use of my new HP ENVY is easy and the assistance I got from my salesperson and Tech support were all excellent.

There is so much to do with this little computer! Great 2 in 1 that pairs up nicely with the Bamboo Pen. There is a ton to do if you know how to use it. Honestly it can do more than what I need it for but love to have the options. Still need to take the time to learn and see what all I can do with this. Only down side I have been experiencing is it having a hard time knowing when its in tablet mode and when its in computer mode. The finger print scanner sometimes shorts out so you have to use your alternate password. Also has a few glitches every now and again. These arent nearly as bad as what I was dealing with but I will have them looked at seeing how this laptop is only a month old. Its and ok computer for the basic type of person.

I bought the HP Envy for my online kiddo because I have a 5 year old Envy that is still going strong. The associates at Best Buy were helpful and arranged the item to be sent to the store so that she could be surprised! Incredibly happy with the purchase so far!

I absolutely love my new HP Envy x360! I haven't yet used it in tablet mode, but in computer mode it's fast and the keys are nice, large, and responsive so great for typing. Plus, the nightfall black color and the streamlining make for a really stylish computer.

Computer seems fine, but repeated issues with computer intermittently (and often) dropping Internet connection. Had same issue with brand new ASUS laptop which I returned and got ENVY instead. No other PCs connected to WiFi at our house have this issue. Taken ENVY to two different Best Buy’s for geek squad to look at but computer works fine for them. Don’t know why it’s only these new computers that keep getting kicked off internet connection. I’ve checked internet connection with provider but they don’t find any issues. Did send me a newer modem. This did not solve the problem. Thinking about returning this computer. I’m wondering if it’s a software issue.
