Bought this laptop for my wife to replace her old laptop. She hates updating technology because she gets frustrated when she has to relearn how to use something. That was not the case with this. It is very easy to use and she couldn't be happier with it.

Started using right away, easy to set up and use! Watching movies, was great! Only thing I did not like was delivery! Was not called or notified that it would be delivered at a certain time! Set next to front door, thank goodness I caught it out there!!

This was the cheapest laptop with a 1080p screen and to be honest it's a lot better then most of the laptops costing $200 - $300 more! Solid build quality and great performance thanks the Ryzen 5.

I’m gonna return it bcz is making an annoying sound when I’m listening videos Facebook or zoom so I think it’s something wrong, It likes me but I don’t know whats wrong with it

Purchasing my new HP was the best choice apart from being provided with best customer service and receiving adetailed description of all the perks to this PC. I am currently using my laptop for school purposes and its the best for that.

I love this computer you can unlock it up with your fingerPrint. The keys are quiet when you type the speakers are great. The only problem is my first one broke within a week so I’m actually on my second one and so far so good

I had recently purchased a similar HP Envy laptop a few months ago , so when I determined I needed a second new laptop this choice was a no brainer. As in the past the Best Buy team were friendly, patient, professional, and courteous.

The ENVY is lightweight and has the perfect screen size. I love that it has a numeric keypad, which a lot of laptops do not. Processing speed is great. I purchased the Geek Squad services to make sure all my applications and photos were transferred to seamlessly.

Great laptop. Nice screen, very fast. However, within one month of purchase, the WiFi adapter mysteriously disables itself and the only way to re-enable it is to reboot.

I've used Apple iOS for the last ten years. Decided to get a PC. It's really a lot more than what I'm used to but I'm getting the hang of it. The hardest thing to adjust to is the different operating system and the sheer technological wizardry of it.

Keyboard numbers, characters, and letters are faint, My 5 year old laptop has keyboard is much easier to see the numbers, letters, and characters. Otherwise I have always been pleased with HP laptops. This is my 4th one.

It was great until now I’m having issues with my keyboard .. I’ve taken great care of it .. no water fell on there .my warranty is up so right now I may have to spend to fix it .. it’s great otherwise

I bought this computer for my school work and a little bit of gaming. It is a fast computer and works well in short periods of time. After having it since Black Friday of 2019, there has been a few bugs overall. This computer overheats FAST one hour or two can make the fan turn on quick, even more with around 20 minutes of gaming. The fan is very loud. The speak isn’t that good- randomly the music turns up and down when I have Spotify on and it also has started popping even when I have the speaker muted. Besides those two problems I love this computer.

I have had the absolute worst time with this laptop and Best Buy. I originally purchased this laptop because my old one was just getting to slow and I needed an upgrade. Despite my better judgment, I let the salesman talk me into this one even though I typically buy products with intel parts in them. I totally regret that decision now. The laptop worked great for the first two weeks I had it and it has been a nightmare ever since. First, the laptop goes into sleep mode and then does not wake up. I have to do a hard reset on it to turn it back on and I lose everything I was working on. Even with sleep mode turned completely off it will go to sleep and not wake up. When I type, it will only 1/3 of what I actually type will show up on the screen. It takes forever to write an email because of this. It seems to like to make hundreds of thousands of copies of the same file until the hard drive is completely full. Even after I go in and delete all those files it will do the same thing a few days later. It likes to randomly delete files and programs off my computer with no trace of them left behind. I contacted HP support and they had me update and reistall all the drivers and BIOS and even had me do a factory reset on the computer to uninstall and reinstll windows but the problems still persisted. The worst part has been Best Buy customer service. They have been awful. After all of these problems started to occur I contacted them about exchanging the laptop for a new one of the same model thinking that I might have got a lemon. They refused to let me return or exchange the laptop because it was a few days past their extremely short 14 day return policy. They just kept telling me to contact the manufacturer which I had done numerous times. After the manufacturer could not fix the problem they kept telling me to return it to the store I bought it from. Now neither Best Buy nor the manufacturer will address the problem and I am stuck with a super expensive paperweight. I will never buy another item from best buy again and I suggest you do the same because if something you buy from them breaks, they will not do anything to help the customer. SHAME ON YOU BEST BUY!!!!!

This computer was purchased when starting college. This is a very user friendly computer and has so many cool options and is very versatile. Great for anyone in the market for a new computer or a computer for someone starting school. Great for note taking!

Set up was a bit shaky, only because I am a bit techno challenged. I give this computer 5 stars because the computer is very nice and user friendly (once set up was completed) and because the HP Support Team that is available to you after your purchase are just great.

This laptop computer is capable of handling all of the requirements of an outside insurance agent. Also, it is compact and light enough to be very convenient in transit.

Really haven’t starting using this computer yet-will begin next week. Have been playing around with it I like the tablet ability. My sales person was phenomenal (Devorin) and pointed out touches I didn’t think about like a number keypad built in.

This computer can do everything. Has everything installed right into it as well. Bought this computer on black Friday and I could have never bought a better computer. Finger print option, face recognition, great size, 10 out 10 for me.
