Very nice, and great computer for back to school. So far it has been easy to use and I have not had in trouble at all with it. I would highly recommend you get it covered by geek squad if you are like me accident prone. Just to be safe at least.

I love my new HP laptop with a perfect screen size of 15.6 providing me awesome clarity for working on spreadsheets and charts. The screen size, color brightness and clarity has also been awesome for entertainment! Love, love this product from Best Buy!

Nice computer. 16 year old daughter used it for school for about 3 weeks. It has the AMD chip and the computer fan would run a lot and then that’s when the problems came. Shutting down, just not working right until finally the blue screen. Ended up taking it back to Best Buy. Annoying since they didn’t have any comprable ones in stock. Yes well, seems like computers just aren’t reliable like I was used to.

It’s the first laptop I’ve bought. It was the easiest set up and has a fast processor. I appreciate the loud speakers! Only thing is the computer itself is a little loud(I’m guessing it’s the fan) but it doesn’t bother me.

This laptop was a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. I have the previous years model, so I am able to easily answer questions for her. I truly loved my laptop, so I knew this upgrade would make her very happy as well.

So much versatility. Easy to use. Great value. If you are looking for a work horse for everyday web based applications this is it. Love the size. Much lighter than my 17” non convertible. I take this with me in my purse. Love the pen! It does work better with the pen.

Constantly prompting you to update software. Microphone never worked. Frequently gets stuck with the screen upsidedown in tablet mode and requires rebooting.

got this laptop for school work. Runs well, quick startup, and the lit keyboard is great. NOT A GAMING LAPTOP. It is very much oriented for software like Word and Excel. Plays youtube and music well also. Easy to carry around, very thin.

I have bought this laptop 2x. Both still work great. The first was a few years back and I still love how easy it is to use. I have bought a few laptops over the years and this one has never slowed down on me or felt like it needed to be replaced.

Good buy great design and value for my money. A few glitches like after updates system had to be reset 3 times by geek squad. Keyboard is great lighting could have been a bit brighter but overall good laptop for the price.

The computer he had was several years old. It was in need of several things like: a battery; had a virus among other problems. It was bought as a Christmas present for my husband. It is a lot easier to operate than the old one.

I bought this products a month or two ago for college and it has worked great! It allows me to easily multitask throughout all of my class work. Only issue I have found is that it is a big laptop which at times is an inconvenience.

This was a great but for my son going off to college. The Best Buy two was very helpful with showing my son some cool features he could utilize in classes. Example taking notes directly on the laptop without typing.

The HP Envy is a great laptop for the college kid or just for every day use. The Ryzen5 and the 8 GB of memory are more than enough for everyday use. Has great sound with the speakers and the 15.6 inch monitor delivers.

Purchased this laptop as my previous laptop was starting to die. Checked out quite a few and compared them to the one I purchased. Hands down for the money that I paid it was a great deal. It works like a charm so far, no issues and very happy with it.

Very good experience shopping for a specific laptop. The associate gave us excellent information which helped us make our decision. I wish that I had his name to compliment him to his manager. Looking forward to using my new HP.

I was worried about this purchase because of the lack of info I could find about it. I bought a repackaged version after someone returned it. I have had no problems with this computer. I love that I can use it as a tablet. I also love the color!

Even though this is the first computer I have owned myself, best investment yet! I have used many other brands and I haven't had a issue with HP. The best buy employee was every helpful! This computer had a great sale for the quality!

The computer is nice. I'm not real tech savvy but it seems user friendly. I'm going back to school and it seems to have everything I need plus some neat features I hope to learn to use. As always what really appreciated was the helpful employees in Best Buy.

it is awesome. it is pretty easy to use. the tutorials help alot. love the screen size. i am thankful that i can use zoom on this. the last one i had i could not use zoom.
