My daughter needed a faster laptop and this worked out perfectly. It has all the bells and whistles but isn't going to cost a fortune. It's a quality product which means I don't have to wonder if it's going to break all the time.

Was worried not getting an intel laptop but am pleased with the performance of the AMD. My daughter had an older i3 Lenovo that took forever to boot up. This laptop is ready to go in about 15 seconds. Great for her to use for school.

For the price, this pc is amazing. Absolutely recommend if your working from home or a college student. The AMD Ryzen 4500 processor is blazing fast. If your on a budget but need good performance, you won’t regret buying this one!

It should have a DVD player. I don't understand why they quit putting DVD players in laptops. Big mistake. If I had known it didn't have one I wouldn't have bought it. Otherwise it is a good computer.

The HP Envy is great for artists. For more versatility and control, purchase a wireless mouse and Bluetooth speaker. Connects fast and easy to anything. Battery life leaves something to be desired but otherwise great.

Bought this computer for my granddaughter to use for school and after a week had to returned it. The computer made a loud noise every afternoon, school's last period, and the only way to stop the noise was to turned off the computer. We have received the second computer and so far there are no issues.

Trying to see if it is worth the money, it has only been two weeks. I think the battery is not lasting too long without being charged up again. One day it delayed coming on. I'm on the fence with it so far.

I am happy with my new HP Envy! The person helping me with my choice was very helpful, he knew what he was talking about. He helped with my decision, and did not push me into my purchase. He gave me time to decide.

Powerful & quick SSD. Good resolution and love the touch screen! Easy setup. Geek Squad would answer any questions and provide help if it were needed. Good laptop combined with the backing of knowledge from Best Buy Geek Squad...perfect scenario!

No problems at all. Was fast easy shopping experience. The only thing is that no one from Geek Squad notified me that laptop was ready until I arrived at the store to pick it up, then they sent email and text after the fact.

I purchased this on sale about 4 months ago, since then it's been love hate. When it works, it's fantastic. It's fast to start up and I was able to play moderately taxing games and do all my school assignments and work on it without issue. That being said I've had multiple smaller issues that have made me regret buying this. There is a huge issue with the speakers on the computer and I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue but sometimes I'll get decent sound other times the mute button won't work or will turn on and off constantly without me touching it. Other times the sound doesn't even work and I have to restart the computer and hope it resolves. Other issues: - The tracking pad has already misaligned and is unusable at times - Sometimes the laptop's keyboard/track pack wont respond after the computer has been asleep or coming off of tablet mode and again I have to completely restart the computer to have it work again. This started happening the day after i got it. - The handles that hold the touchscreen are flimsey and when in regular laptop mode it doesn't always hold at the angle I need it to HP has been a nightmare to deal with for my warranty and I have spent hours troubleshooting with no resolution. The finally told me to ship it in where they'll have it for at least a week. This makes things difficult for me because this is my only computer for school. They wouldn't even compromise to let me bring it somewhere locally instead of shipping it in. If I could go back I wouldn't have gotten this laptop (or another 2-in-1 in general) and would have gotten a more secure model. This laptop just overall seems to like aesthetics more than function. It's a nice looking laptop but the fact that all these issues are happening barely 4 months in is just ridiculous. I can't recommend this laptop, try elsewhere for a dependable one

I bought this computer for my aunt, who is in her 80's, she is upgrading from Windows 8, and was able to easily adapt to this one. I love HP products and am glad she is enjoying hers!

Still working on becoming totally familiar with its workings. I do not like the cloud feature. I also dislike the email app. (Very confusing) back to learning for me. I should have done more research before I bought it.

Microphone and audio quit working. I was unsuccessful in getting it fixed through online help. If it gets fixed I may rate higher. I also need more USB ports.

Great pc for my needs. Ive had it for 2 years and have had no issues. Only tome it gets a little slow is when I have 2 or more Excel workbooks open at the same time.

I knew this was the laptop I was looking for while I was browsing and felt pretty excited when it finally got delivered to the store. Everyone in store was real cool and I'll definitely be using this laptop for years to come.

I highly recommend this computer. I am a student and a Best Buy member recommended it. It is easy to configure and has been user friendly. I own a Mac and Chromebook as well. But, this by far is my favorite

Got for my 11 yr old daughter. Easy setup for online learning. Easy download of drawing app for which she is now using drawing her managa on. Fast. Ryzen 5 is great. Just wish is had a RJ45 port...then I'd get one for myself.

Purchased for my significant other to do general web surfing, pay bills, and play web based games. So far, it works very well for all those tasks. Very responsive and she loves the 10 key built in.

Grandma wanted a new computer but the portability of a tablet. She had old versions of both and this device fit the bill. She is extremely satisfied with the power and portability this offers. Thank you very much for an outstanding product!
