Easy to use. I love the keyboard. It is light and easy to carry. I also love how it can flip and you can just use the touchscreen. It was an affordable and very easy to use. the only thing I didn't like it downloading the programs.

Chose this laptop because of the brand, features and price point. I have been very pleased with the performance thus far. The viewable screen is larger than other laptops and makes it more compact to carry around. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

I purchased this after another hp I had started slowing down. Nice touchscreen very responsive. Light weight and love the backlit keyboard. I’ve never had this before and don’t know how I haven’t. Battery life is good. Also like the 2-1 being able to fold. Definitely a good purchase.

I bought it for a sister and it works perfectly fine. She isn't the type to heavily max the CPU so it works well for her needs. The fingerprint tech isn't really something new but it works quickly. Camera blocking button works amazingly so she doesn't need to cover it with a sticker or buy covers. It is very light weight and the color stands out. The only problem I had when originally buying this brand of computer was the speaker/sound malfunction. Previous x360's had random problems with the sound almost at the end of the 1st year right when the warranty was about to expire. Best buy "fixed" it but it still did those issues after the speakers were replaced. Hopefully it won't happen to this one. Other than that, the computer works as intended.

Older Lap Tops are slowing down and this unit offered good speed for a decent price. To date nothing has gone wrong with the unit. Only downside is that it does not have a CD player - but this is overcome with an external unit.

Good overall laptop it’s very fast has touch screen and backlit keyboard and nice looking. A little heavy but not too bad. Can do some gaming graphics are ok. Good laptop for college students and work at home people.

This is a great computer. I use it for college and I have no troubles with any tasks and assignments that I do. The color is sharp and the battery lasts a full day for me. I wish the camera were a bit sharper but it works well enough for zoom.

This laptop is so light in comparison to my old one. I love the touch screen, I use a touch screen at work and it is so nice to come home and be able do the same. I am not computer savvy, but this computer is easy to navigate once you get used to it.

I bought this laptop open box while on sale and saved a couple of hundred bucks. However, when I received it I was unable to access the internet. The drivers for the network adapter where not reinstalled before it was sent out but because it was preowned this sometimes can happen. Once we brought it to the nearest Best Buy a geek squad agent was able to reinstall the drivers correctly within minuets. it’s a beautiful laptop, sturdy and has amazing performance for college and work. Once the drivers were installed you couldn’t tell it was previously opened and works great.

Very user friendly, and is perfect for a teacher or other busy working professional. The touch screen is responsive and the battery life is great. Mine started having an intermittent noise ( fan maybe) but it went away.

The laptop is light for the size. I like the backlit keyboard. The camera works well The clarity and resolution of the screen is beautiful. The cost was very affordable and within my budget.

After talking through the reasons for this purchase with a Best Buy associate, I feel this is the best computer purchase I have ever made. This computer is touchscreen and plenty of memory. Got it at a great price too.

I got this new on special for about $550, which is the max I think it's worth with only 8gb of ram and smaller ssd. (Both can be upgraded). Touchscreen and the adjustable backlit keyboard work great. I don't like the huge touchpad because I'm always hitting the right click function on it by accident. Also not a fan of the very loud fan it defaults to. But I was able to turn that off thank goodness (with a lot of dogged research). Five stars because it delivered where I needed it to the most. It's got good strong wifi (6) that has to reach a router downstairs and it's been able to handle numerous heavy pages and a couple of browsers being open at the same time.

I love the laptop. Fast startup and navigation, great backlit keyboard, touchscreen, good sound & camera, finger-touch security lock. No complaints at all except I had to send it back to HP the week I bought it! The internal microphone didn't work. When returned to me the finger touch no longer worked and there were issues with the Microsoft OS. Once that was resolved with Microsoft and the Geek Squad, I was set. The laptop itself is stellar but no one should have to go through all this when buying a new item! Very time consuming and frustrating. I have to hope this is a rare occurrence for this model.

There is a lot packed into this laptop for the money. It is fairly fast, touch screen, with a numeric keyboard, and a nice sharp picture. I also love the backlite keyboard and the stylish color. I am not a gamer but this was the prefect laptop for my usage.

Didn't plan on buying a new laptop the day I went in to Best Buy. Just had a question for the Geek Squad agent. Ended up buying this HP which I absolutely love. Did feel a little pressure from the salesperson (not unusual). The backlit keyboard is wonderful, I am glad I bought black keyboard and not silver because of glare, I am still learning everything this laptop has to offer. Everyday I learn something new. Use a mouse with it and have tried the touch screen which takes getting used to. The Agent told me to just experiment and have fun and you will be happy. I also have an older Dell. This HP is great and I would highly recommend it. I am just an average laptop person. Use primarily for email and games but am learning scanning documents and importing photos from a camera. Seemed like a lot of $$ but.... I am happy with this.

This laptop is fast and the set up is easy. It meets my needs perfectly. I do a lot of work processing and research on the Internet. I don’t do a lot of gaming but the graphics are good. A slight drawback is the inconsistent response of the fingerprint reader.

I have owned two HP Pavilion 15" laptops, one for 7 years and one for 5 years. I have not had any problems with the HP Pavilion laptops. My old laptops both have Windows 7 operating systems and I need to upgrade to Windows 10. I decided to purchase another HP laptop because of my good experience with the brand. After reviewing all of the options available on the HP website, I decided to purchase the HP Envy x360. My new laptop has a 15.6" multitouch display (1920 x 1080), 256 GB solid state drive, 8 GB system memory and Intel Core i7 processor. The multitouch display alloys you to drag and open files with ease. The touch pad also works well and you can tap to open files anywhere on the touch pad. I still use a mouse with my new laptop when I am working at my desk. I use my laptop with MS Word and Excel, and for surfing the internet. The speed of the laptop is more than adequate.

Amazing speed when going from one application to the next. Wonderful colors on a non-glare screen. No smudge marks left when using the very sensitive touch screen function. Lightweight and compact design make it easy to carry.

This laptop is the perfect size and is so much faster than my older one. I am now retired so will use it for mostly home use. I have thousands of pictures I manage on it. It is easy to use. I would definitely recommend it. Very reasonable price.
