Computer is working great now. Geek squad didn’t show me what they did on the backup or anything about the computer and answer any questions. Had to spend extra time with the Geek Squad telephone tech.

I have had many issues with the speakers and microphone not working and countless crashes and restarts. Every time I want to watch a video I have to restart the computer, and that is very inconvenient with online school, which is why I bought the laptop. I would not recommend buying this product. Overall not happy with the quality for such a high price point.

perfect laptop for my young teenager... lightweight, durable, fast. It can easily handle all her schoolwork.. zero complaints on any aspect, from size, clarity, speed.. easy to use

Video card will do what you want as long as you dont want to play a graphic hog game. Speakers loud as hell and clear throughout the range. Its a lil on the heavy side if you are used to chromebooks.

I got this as a small business computer. I haven’t had the opportunity to explore everything that it does, but it is adequate for what it is that I need and So far I’m very pleased.

This is my first touch screen so I'm getting used to using it. The mouse pad is so touch sensitive that I quite often have to close windows I accidently open.

I really like my new laptop so far. It feels really sturdy like it will be able to handle what I need it for. It’s easy to set up and use and makes my job much easier and I can do it where I want to.

first one i brought home the on and off button was horribly frustating it took sometime an hour to get it on.....Best Buy exchanged it for another very promply...........this one is awesome......

An associate at your store helped me pick out this lap top, Very pleased with the service I received. Made my transition from my desk top to a lap top very smooth. I am still learning all the amazing thing it can do.

I really don't have any complaints other than some issues with freezing changing to and from tablet mode, but I don't plan on using tablet mode much so it doesn't bother me much. We'll see if it stands the test of time.

I love this color and size, this is exactly what I wanted and fits my needs. Zoom, Streaming, games, and photos. That is all god on this guy! I especially like the fingerprint log in, super easy!

At first I thought this computer was cool, based off of the design and features. However it’s only been a few days and so far I’ve experienced the sound cutting out three times on me, the sound muting on its own, this major update (which rebooted the entire computer) and the screen going black at some point. I have an appointment set for the Geek squad to take a look at this computer. If nothing can be resolved, I’ll be requesting a refund.

Upgrade from my prior HP Envy which was about 7 yrs old. Response is much quicker and the keyboard touch is softer/more responsive. I'm very pleased with the performance, it is everything as advertised.

First 2 weeks with the laptop were great. Top quality product with the specs and low price compared to other laptops. But then the first week of school started and I started to see some problems with my device. Sometimes when I would unplug my headphones from the laptop during a zoom call, the audio cuts completely and then a buzzing sound starts coming from the inside of the laptop. I wish I could take this back to the store, but the return policy is up. I would send it to the manufacturer but I need this laptop because I’m in school 24/7.

Awesome 2in1 laptop. Love it. It has so many neat features. It was a little heavier than expected though, but I wouldn't let that deter me from getting it. I would recommend this product.

I bought this Laptop specifically to help with my kid's School and Zoom Classes. Didn't want a small iPad being the sole daily driver for school work. Been Nothing but trouble since School started and the Zoom Sessions began. Randomly in the middle of a Zoom call, the Zoom Audio cuts out or begins emitting a very loud sound and crashes the device. (Couple of other reviews also mention this). The only way to recover is to Hard Boot the device. Being in software, I tried everything obvious, update windows, ensure Audio Driver is updated, tried uninstalling/reinstalling driver, even a full system restore. It appears there is a driver issue in HP Envy Laptops with AMD Ryzen in them e.g.: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/audio-crashes-with-zoomvideo-conferencing/18a52b8a-94c2-480b-a2c6-ba6cf455904c Search around on the web and you will find many posts with similar complaints. DO NOT BUY - until HP fixes what is a very obvious issue.

We had great service at the Geek Squad desk. It was determined we needed a new lap top and they help us through each step of transferring info form old to new. BEST SERVICE ALWAYS. Our go to store.

This thing is fast, it really is a great laptop if you're an Intel fanboy...you wont be disappointed. I went with the AMD version though after seeing there was an option with their new 4200u processors.

Beautiful screen, great performance, and excellent batterylife gets me through a full day of work on about 75% brightness with mid performance power option selected. Definitely a great buy for thr price.

It’s fast, light weight and thin, makes it an amazing choice for college students. Multitasking with this is seamless and does not take any visible toll on its operating speed.
