i ordered this laptop from best buy to do the online for my senor year of school now that school started and the return period is past now it doesn't want to work the sound keeps making a weird high pitched sound and while plugged in it freezes and i have to leave the class without finishing my work and like i said its past the return period so nothing i can do.

I love this computer, such a great purchase and well expended money. The facility of usage of the lap it’s amazing as well of all the functions it has, I would totally recommend Best Buy for good savings and electronics brands

It had windows 10 of course and not being computer savvy it made me very frustrated and nervous. I was use to windows 7 so I took it back. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Good bunch of employees there.

I love this computer. It loads everything very quickly. The color when looking at my pictures is so realistic. I love having the choice between touch pad, touch screen, mouse or digital pen. The price was reasonable.

Outstanding laptop. I didn't need a gaming computer, just one for office work. This one is great. I feel it is overpriced, like all other computers regardless of brand.

All aspects working well. Great speed, great resolution, easy to use and great keyboard sensitivity at a good price and super support from the Geek Squad.

Overall, I am pleased with my HP, but it's inconsistent with accepting my fingerprint and the touchscreen doesn't always register, so I am having to tap over and over.

Bought this to finish off last two semester of school and it was just what I was looking for. Switched from MacBook and did not regret it one bit.

Love my laptop but having problems with screen going black when I'm in my Yahoo account. I'm going to put it in for repair as soon as I can been holding off until this virus situation changes.

Met expectations, works great and all but would love to have more than 3hrs-4hrs of battery life, seems like I have to go running for the charger every time

Pretty great! Does all the things my sister needs for school, connected to the printer easy, it walked me through the set up the whole time, and she still hasn’t found all the bells and whistles yet. I’d recommend it

I needed a laptop for blender and didn’t feel like spending the kind of money I used on my desktop. This runs blender just fine. I haven’t tried any gaming but for this laptop has solid specks for the price.

The lap top worked well, but I found out that the headphone jack wasn't working and it was such a disaster getting it fixed by hp. I was very disappointed with the customer service from hp.

My old laptop had crashed! I went to Best Buy and purchased the HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop. The customer representative was extremely patient as I selected my computer. This is a great laptop for the price.

So happy that I spent a bit more money, because the SSD and processor boot up in single digit seconds. It does everything that I need it to and more. Perfect work horse for work, and browser for not at work.

So far, so good. I am using it for real estate and it works really well for that. My only complaint is there is not a way to cover the keyboard when you flip it to tablet mode.

Open box purchase and works great. Very pleased with this laptop. Great value. The sales associate was excellent in describing the different laptops and bringing my attention to this one.

The laptop is going well and I have had any issues yet, but it hasn't been used excessively and when I do, then I'll update the review. Also, when I purchased it, it cost 599.00 plus tax.

It was at a great sale price and does everything I need. The Geek squad did a great job of getting data transferred from my old PC. The annual service agreement is well worth the money, especially in the first year.

I have received excellent service with the purchase of the computer and the Geek Squad after the purchase. The computer is meeting my needs and ease very easy to connect to the HP printer.
