Overall, I am pleased with my HP, but it's inconsistent with accepting my fingerprint and the touchscreen doesn't always register, so I am having to tap over and over.

I bought this for my wife this year and she loves it! The overall quality of this laptop is excellent. The 2 in 1 feature is very sleek and useful. Definitely recommend this purchase. Thank you

This laptop made my old laptop seem like it was 100 years old! It takes about 5 seconds start up, where my old laptop took at least 2 to 3 minutes fully boot up. I love the speed of this laptop!

I cannot say more how much I love this laptop. It took a very long time to finally pick the one I want and I ended up calling Best Buy for some help to find the right one to meet ALL of my needs.

I have received excellent service with the purchase of the computer and the Geek Squad after the purchase. The computer is meeting my needs and ease very easy to connect to the HP printer.

Giving a 3 because I shouldn't be dealing with the bs to mail it back and wait for it to get fixed because my buttons stick or just don't work 2 months after I having it. If I could give Best Buy a 0 star review, I would, for telling me they can fix it for me but it'll take 2 MONTHS. I'm still under manufacturer warranty so I didn't purchase Best Buy's (bc it was almost as much as the freaking computer.) HP told me I could take it to them to get fixed, quicker than the 2 weeks it would take them. I'm over both of them.

This HP Envy is a great purchase. The touch pad has been an adjustment getting familiar with as the laptop this one has replaced was about 10 years old. But overall I am not disappointed!

The last two laptops I've owned have been high-end Lenovo Yogas, which I paid a premium for. This time, I decided to try a higher-end budget machine and wow am I happy. The ENVY 360 made an HP fan out of me.

a really nice computer with a nice aluminum finishing but i can't understand with when you fold it on tablet position you can only get the screen back on if you unfold it back on computer position

I bought this laptop for my better half who is currently overseas. This is built very well and is easy to use. It fit easily in my back pack during my trip across the pond. Would recommend!!

My only problem is that Trend Micro came free with my purchase and I already have a Trend account. Can that free six months be credited toward my contract for next year? Thank you.

Fast processor, great connectivity, great screen resolution. Very reasonable weight. Great keyboard. Our only complaint is that it doesn't have a built in CD drive.

I am an Apple user and needed a lap top for some windows programs, my experience with PC is that they are much slower than my Mac Book, but I was surprised. This laptop was great.

I really do love this laptop and all of its features - it really is amazing. But i hate how heavy it is when holding and the mouse likes to stop working a lot.
