This is easily one of the best laptops you can currently get for specs & price. Very versatile & performance is amazing. Only complaint is lack of airflow but it’s a laptop so expected.

Sales person spent good quality time pointing out various laptops, and their specific plusses and minuses. She pointed out some great features and quality stuff this device had and a good sales price on going at the time.

I am an Apple user and needed a lap top for some windows programs, my experience with PC is that they are much slower than my Mac Book, but I was surprised. This laptop was great.

Does exactly everything that it claims. Easier to set up than any computer I have ever had. Connect to my printer instantly and even installed my apps and files as if by magic. Love it.

Haven;t useded the SERVICE PLAN YET AND NEED TO STUDY WHAT IT COVERS . MAY NEED TO GO OVER IT (FACE TO FACE) WITH SOME ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS IT THROUGHLY IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE IT 'S BENEFIT'S.

My only problem is that Trend Micro came free with my purchase and I already have a Trend account. Can that free six months be credited toward my contract for next year? Thank you.

Great computer awesome for the price...the size it great very easy to use .battery life lasts a very long time . Love finger scan . I just wish it came in different colors like white or pink .

Love this computer and the features. Great upgrade from dell computer and this was purchased at best buy during pandemic from the parking lot. Trusted the salesperson and can say they made a great pick.

I was looking for a laptop for my daughter's virtual schooling. I never really had any issues with HP products - and this one had some nice features and the price was reasonable. I was hesitant to get an AMD but they don't have a bad reputation - the best buy convinced me - but I knew I had 14 days to return it. Long story short - it constantly locked up while on Zoom and WebEx while my daughter was logged in. It would freeze with a stuttering audio sound and then blue screen. This happened daily. I was not in the mood to investigate this stuff even after running the installs for latest drivers and updates. I am atributting this to the AMD processor - as I never had an issue with an HP Intel machine. I returned it the following week and we bought a micrsoft surface.

The computer fit the need we had at our church. I am an apple products guy but the gentleman that runs our video board like a windows OS system. Seems to be working great so far.

I have nothing bad to say about this laptop. I've had bad luck with Lenovos before and was a little concerned about this price point level of computer. So far it has worked great for me and I couldn't be happier.

Great computer Battery life drains very quickly On the bottom of the laptop are some rubber strips probably to stop it from sliding on a table Those came off the first day I had it

I love my HP Envy. It's just the right size to take with you or to use in your home office. Out-f-the box set-up was so easy. The only down side is that it doesn't have a DVD player.

Received as present from my wonderful family to replace my 13 year old Dell. Great system but had to order USB port converter because HP Envy only has 1 USB outlet.

Simple to set up with help from Geek Squad but all in all if you have a smartphone it’s not that much more difficult. We’re learning as we use it and it all makes sense I’ve never had a laptop before it’s easy!

Great Laptop for the price. I purchased this laptop for one of my family members who is helping me with work and so far No issues so far and we take it everywhere. Happy customer!
