So I had a sudden upcoming work trip and needed a good laptop quick. I needed one that was relatively cheap, well reviewed, and able to be purchased that day. This was the best option and it had very good reviews. I had people say that it's a great laptop. Well this has lots of neat features. I enjoy the touch screen and it's very helpful for browsing or reading. But in less than 2 months. This computer has been freezing, having it's keyboard freeze, and is consistently losing the internal microphone, getting more and more complicated to fix. I don't know whats wrong. But I reached out to HP and i have had very poor help. I say an hp product isn't worth it with service this poor.

We bought this laptop for my student's first week of college. It is perfect for what he needs and we were helped greatly in the store even under COVID 19 conditions!

I initially had some issues with the sound at first but with some tech support it seems to have been solved. My son is able to navigate for school.

a beautiful laptop. metal body makes it feel very premium, the keys are backlit, and the screen is beautiful. oh and the speakers, oh my they're loud. love it

I love the keyboard backlight feature. This laptop was everything in one that I had been searching for. If you're looking for a 2-1 laptop. I highly recommend this one.

I thought this would be a great investment for my son who's away in college but unfortunately his apartment was broken into shortly after my purchase in the laptop was stolen

Great for the price. Sometimes runs slow with some problems but this is not a super high end laptop and the programs I am running can be demanding

East to set and use. Like the little things like backlit keys, one button camera shutoff and, for me a combo of Windows laptop and tablet for the grandkids.

Amazing laptop decent graphics best bang for buck laptop smooth, efficient and dependable. I highly recommend this laptop for any one transitioning to online work or class.

Very nice computer, great for surfing the web, checking email, watching videos. The SSD upgrade is nice to have too. Set up was a breeze. No issues so far.

I like my new hp laptop. It is relatively easy to set up and use. I am still getting used to using it but am glad that I purchased it from Best Buy.

great laptop if your just browsing internet and watching videos. Not recommended for gaming. Laptop runs warmer than Intel. I ultimately returned it.
